If republicans were truly smart, and I know they aren’t. They would say to hell with this spending bill why dont we give EVERY working American a one year Tax holiday so they can ignite this economy! Thats basically a trillion dollars that I would say is well spent, I say. This BS about bailing our the morons that gambled away our savings is a load of crap and so is the socialist agenda. Republicans need to stand strong and not get their name tied to this boat anchor.

I want them to vote for cloture, then vote against it when their votes don’t matter. Dems, with cloture, can pass it without Republicans.

Do you actually think that Spector has such a sterling record and treasure chest that he can withstand a full frontal assault by the RNC and all the rest of the conservatives that want to see this RINO retired? If the RNC decides to support another candidate in the primary, they will publically and nationally publish his dismal record and the republicans/conservatives from the rest of the country will help end this RINO’s pathetic political career.

Not so secret but it appears to hold some validity.

Notice that Snowe is keeping her head down. She’s afraid of this one, but not so afraid that she’ll show some gumption. Her perfect lady image might tarnish.

I’m all talk, as you all know. Called Snowe’s office in Augusta (I think) because her D.C. office is just always busy. Sweet girl answered and braced for the vitriol. Couldn’t do it. It’s not her fault.

Snowe’s web site has her support right on the front page, loud and proud. She’s too stupid to lie about it. She thinks this is good government apparently. Idiot.

I asked if she’s getting a lot of calls – “yes”.
I asked if she wanted all my talking points – “whatever you wish, sir”. Couldn’t do it. Tell the Senator that nothing would be way better than this something.

OMG, are they getting screwed to death. They need some new Senators up there.

By state = $900 billion / 50 states = $18 billion

By population = 1.3 million / 305 million x $900 billion = $3.96 billion.

$258 million?!

This was my message to all my Senators and Congressmen and I sent 3 letters to the RNC, both localy, state and nationaly. They will not get one penny from me until they ALL refuse this bill.

Thus any fool can be a senator or president.

I too have many questions just like yours. I posted the letter in its entirety. I am still on the PAC list since the election so I tend to get these things as I am sure many of you still are. I just figured I would post for you all in case anyone thought it would do any good. I am not sure that it will,but I am not sure that it wont either. I will say this though-I will not give up on this country while the idiots now in power lay waste to it. I dont really give a flying elephant how screwed up the GOP has been while they were in power,only because thats over now and I know we will all be feeling the effects of their screw up for years and years. But I will not stand idly by and go gently into the night. 2010 is coming and we are voting these halfasses and rinos out! We need to rev up our ranks and get our message out. We need unity of that message and a clear concise way to present it to the people and a clearinghouse so that constituents can have contact with our representatives on a more personal level-such as twitter. Good ideas? IDK.
