I’m kind of torn on this. On the on hand, I hope it isn’t settled out of court because I would love to see Moore publicly and financially humiliated. On the other hand, this would be a big headache for Yon. Even if his lawyers take care of most of it, a court case takes a lot of energy and his time is far too valuable.

Moore is not a producer of documentaries. He’s a teller of tales. He’s not a researcher. He’s an “ask a few people what they think and make them look like they’re the majority” panderer. He’s not fair or balanced, he decides the spin he’s going to take and then makes a movie accordingly. He wouldn’t know what to do with a real script and talented actors unless he could twist the story to suit his message. Give it a few years, Obama will do something to make this pig squeal again.
