I like the idea of Alcatraz, the island prison near San Francisco. If one of the prisoners gets loose, suddenly Pelosi and Babs Boxer will become national-security hawks.

Better put cameras on the underside of the Golden Gate Bridge, looking for things that go bump in the night!

How about another idea–drive them outside the Gitmo fence, and turn them loose, and let el lider maximo Fidel deal with them.

Duncan Hunter, (son of former Representative Hunter, from San Diego), responded this morning to the possibility of sending the detainees to Camp Pendleton here in North San Diego County. He gave all the reasons why this is insane, plus the obvious fact that Barry is dangerously naive in his placation of his nut-base. They shouldn’t allow these ‘people’ to set foot on American soil because the ACLU will demand that they get their ‘Constitutional rights’. Oh well, when the World Court takes over, they will get things done, by cracky!
In any case, Duncan D. is gathering support from state officials to have San Diego removed from the list…Alcatraz would be perfect if we give it non-US status.

I predict Gitmo will remain in whole or in part throughout Obama’s presidency and beyone and that continual bungling of the Gitmo issue will be a cocklebur in his shorts. It may even be that the Irony may bring attacks on the US that will force Obama to pack more prisoners into Gitmo.

The terrorist prisoners held at Gitmo should remain there until Islam ceases jihad against America, just as kamikaze pilots remained in prison until Japan ceased hostilities against America, in accordance with the Geneva Convention. The Geneva Convention should not be rejected, as liberals implicitly argue, by moving terrorist prisoners from its legal domain to the legal domain of American domestic law. It is hardly justice to elevate the status of terrorists so that they have more rights than legitimate combatants who comply with the Geneva Convention.

Remember if you will, all the prisoners are innocent. They were wrongfully captured by the imperial American army in an illegal and unjust war started by Bu$hCo and HaliCheney. So since they are all innocent they will be sent home and reunited with their family and friends. And everyone will feel better about themselves, islamists will love America and I think world hunger will be cured too. All on the MESSIAH’s first day in office.
