Anti-Israel protest in San Francisco entirely predictable

A new one from Zombie. The Nazi analogies no longer shock — they’ve been a staple of this cretinism for years — but I admit to an arched eyebrow and a grim smile at the anti-Obama agitprop near the end. It won’t change mainstream leftists’ minds about Israel, but seeing the Messiah demonized as a “fascist lackey” might give them enough pause at least to take some of the edge off the rhetoric.
Just across the wires as I write this is a report of Molotov cocktails being tossed at a synagogue in Paris. Read that, then read this weekend’s op-ed in the Guardian by a British Jew pronouncing herself “terrified” at the zeitgeist in Europe; a fair chunk of the comments responding to it had to be deleted by the paper’s moderators. She can go west or she can go east, but staying put seems less attractive by the day. Click the image to view.

Just heard that BO will close Gitmo, now those folks will be able to be released to go and practice liberation for the PLO in the Gaza. Doesn’t any body in the left have a brain. There must be a factory that produces these thoughts. Actually its the media and the universities that are being the “factories” that produce such ignorance. Didn’t all the moonbats say after 9/11 that we couldn’t condemn all muslims are the muslim religion just cause of that mass murder and attempted coup and act of war against our government and people. So why are moonbats able to target all Jews here because of acts between a foreign government and a terror group attacking that foreign state?
Seems to me by these liberals’ logic, if all Jews become targets cause of Israel’s self defense acts, then all muslims ipso facto become targets because of the acts of the 9/11 jihadis. But if lefties can explain their delusions, I’d appreciate that.

I don’t think it was quite 75%, but, yes, more Jews have voted Democratic in every Presidential election for the past few decades. My point is that your assumption that all “Bay Area Jews” voted for Obama or don’t care about Israel is wrong. Some may have voted for Obama (and were gratified and relieved by his selection of Rahm Emanuel), but I know no one who thinks like the kooks and many who would defend Israel’s right to self-defense if they ever encountered one. I see pro-Israel Facebook posts from people I know in the area all the time. So don’t prejudge us all based on the squeaky wheels.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to watch 24….

I’m Jewish and I never understood why so many Jews vote democrat. My family votes republican (except for my sister, who has little understanding of politics and votes for what mtv says)

I am ready too. San Fran is a sick City. I cannot believe this. No, I can. I am ready and looks like we just might have to have a revolution. There are a lot of good people in San Fran, but they cannot do or say anything. They know what would happen if they did. Look at the gutless police there! I will stand up and fight for the Jewish people. I wonder if the Jews that voted for The One realize what the Eff they have done? The ones in San Fran needs to be flown and dropped on Gaza. This is making me sick and pissed off.

That’s not true. The only people to yank Israel’s chain were Republican Presidents… Eisenhower (Suez) and H Bush (Madrid & Iraq). Democrats let Isreal do whatever they want. USS Liberty… the Medals of Honor awarded to crew members were not awarded by the President at the White House… they were given at some dock by a low Admiral.
They had a counter demonstration here. There is always a pro Israel counter demonstration. San Francisco is fine and doesn’t need anyone’s help. We have at least a dozen for every cause you can think of. (need a revolution my ass)

I use to go to San Fran Fruit a lot. It use to be a safe feeling city. I have a lot of friends there. I heard about the Pro Israel demonstration. Right…… There were not that many there and some of the Anti Israel protesters were heading towards the others. Use to be that there was the sections of San Fran Fruit, you shouldn’t even go to. Now there are scum infiltrated all through San Fran Fruit. You can stay out of the Revolution. You don’t sound like you would stand up for yourself. That is your right. There will be some stuff going down, try to stay out of the way.

Speaking of which, you didn’t answer the comment I left over there describing incidents in which the Irgun targeted civilians. Truth is apparently either beneath your notice or something that drives you to silence.
I see moral relativism — you denounce a given evil if it happens to members of your ethnic group, but you embrace it if it is done by members of your ethnic group. There are serious runs in your seamless garb.
As I have pointed out elsewhere, one man’s patriot is another man’s terrorist. Maybe I have it a bit wrong — better is one man’s terrorist is another man’s patriot. Yup, that fixes it quite nicely. That is certainly the case with me, you, and the Irgun.

I understand your point about sitting on our hands and letting this profanity (Jew-hating diatribe) continue. But you know that so many of us are sickened by this and just aren’t sure what we can do that will be positive and meaningful. Of course, we can write letters and speak out in support of Israel and the survival of Jews everywhere, but the media won’t pay attention to us. Love and support for Jews just isn’t chic, and it certainly doesn’t generate column-inches.
How far must this Catholic go to defend Jews in this country when so many don’t appear willing to defend themselves? I will stand with you but a little guidance on where to stand would be helpful and appreciated.

We Jews are no different than anyone else. We have members in the right and members in the wrong.
Life’s decisions are about chosing sides. That the point of “first they came for…..”. I guarantee you, sides are being formed and taken here and now. You can see what’s happening in Europe. Sadly, it’s catching on in the United States as well.
Things will get even uglier, both for me in Israel and for you in America, if the motions aren’t stopped.

I have one of those as well…never could have kids..she married my (one of two) cousins that survived..he was put in a gas truck..somehow crawled out and got under the truck, held onto the axle and dropped to the ground…he lived hiding in the forest for 3 months until discovered by an American soldier….it’s all so fascinating, the will to survive.

I know that not all of you out there are not religious, but I cannot develop a hypothesis for the irrational jew-hating without believing that both Islam and the left-liberalism have a very clear satanic strain. There is no rationale hypothesis that would have lefties making common cause with medieval theocrats who would happily slit their throats.
I can now understand how anti-semitism creeps in by degrees as we define down our outrage. There will be very few Jews left in Europe and the UK as the Ishmaelites breed and then knock over the soft western European democracies with their burgeoning numbers. Unless the Euros grow a spine and start breeding and deporting. Which ain’t happening as it would make their life uncomfortable.

If you will indulge me for a while this story may help to illuminate why I feel as I do.
It is about a Polish Catholic family; young father, mother and 18-month old baby boy. When the nazis took Poland, this family had the misfortune of being sent to a work farm to help produce food for Germany. Their 18 month old was still breast feeding and the overseers did like that he (his name was Marion) took his mother’s attention away from her duties. Their solution was to have a Polish collaborating doctor inject the baby with a substance that the mother said smelled like kerosene. They had to stand and watch as their firstborn cried out for “Tata”, vomited a black, tar-like substance and died. There is more to the story, but suffice to say they left Poland for America after the war and I married one of their daughters who was born here years later.
This must never happen to Jews, Catholics or anyone of any faith ever again.

I believe the majority of America gets it. It is just the “fashionably Elite” that don’t. Some people try so hard to be hip that they lose all their moral grounding and common sense. We see it on this site all the time. I could call them by name, but I’m nicer than that. I would say that Israel needs to pound them back to the Stone Age, but they’re already there. It is forgotten history now, but at the start of WWII, the far left took the NAZI side, and yes the NAZIs were oppressing their leftwing brethern in Germany at the time.
So the Left has no problem working with anyone that can help them in any measurable way. And their short term objectives are not so different as you might expect.

The far left was the Nazis, National Socialism was based on, well, socialism in Germany, for and by Germans.
Whereas the communists took their orders from the Comintern International in Moscow.
They had no significant differences as far as ideology. Who was in charge was the difference.
It was only after the Germans betrayed Stalin with Operation Barbarossa, than did the communists have to construct a myth that the Nazis were ideological opposites from the socialists.

Well Lexhamfox, perhaps if Hamas and other fascist Arab organizations and nations (Iran, supporters of Hamas) would change its charter that calls for the elimination/destruction of the Jews (the little Satan) and the elimination/destruction of the USA (big Satan) then perhaps there wouldn’t be the need for us sane freedom loving people that do embrace basic human rights such as freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and multi-culturalism to be forced into having to defend ourselves against such threats! They reap what they sow and I for one would not feel guilt nor sorrow if the Arabs in Palestine (or any other places in our world) were taken out compleletly, especially when they (fascist Islamic Arabs) continually call for all “Infidels” (anyone that isn’t a Muslim) to be eliminated!
Also, I haven’t forgotten how the “Palestinian People” (I put Palaestinian People in quotes because they are not some special race of people, they’re Arabs that happen to live in Palestine) celebrated in the streets on 9-11! That’s all I need to know about those azz-hats and how they truly feel about us! Anyone that supports them are nothing but useful idiots that will also be eliminated once all the useful idiots have helped them achieve their goal of eliminating Israel and the West!
Seriously, did you cick on the picture in this post and look at the pictures from the protest? There are gays protesting against Israel in support of Hamas, supporting of all things a non-secular government ruled by Sharia law that would stone to DEATH anyone that they found out was gay, yet they are protesting in support of Hamas?!?!?! Talk about absurd and dillusional logic on their part!
Bottom line is we can and have tried for many years to live in peace with these animals and they have proved time and time again living in peace is not their objective but rather it is written in their charter that their goal is the elemination of the Jews and the West! So until they change THEIR attitude/charter and truly embrace the cause of peace then they leave us no choice but to take them at their word and defend ourselves! There is no negotiating with such a stance as theirs, it’s like trying to negotiate with a rabid dog! Therefore if it’s a choice between them or us being eliminated then I choose THEM!
