The Republican party will die and deserves to die if conservatives continue to dominate it.

We got just a taste in November of what the Republican Party can do with just a minor abandonment by conservatives. Be careful what you wish for. You may get it.

Michelle is hot.

America was founded on liberalism, classic liberalism; pro-capitalist, individualistic, democratic, free speech, rule of law, seperation of powers, etc.

The term liberalism was coopted by socialists. Norman Thomas, Socialist Party of America, 1940s:

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened.”

The Republican party is now stuck with “conservatism”, which sounds like stale canned food. Conservatives are generally clueless on economic principles or how to deal with urban socialists and media. “Conservatism 2.0″ adds insult to injury.

Republicans should oppose Obama at every turn. F*** bipartisanship. Obama only wants to bring Republicans in so he can blame the later for “unexpected consequences” of his policies.

Lets make very clear that the mess of the coming four years is Obama’s and Obama’s alone. The Republican party should oppose socialism, reclaim its liberal heritage, expose the hypocrisy of the Democratic party – the party of race exploitation and economic collapse – and reconnect with ambitious, self-reliant urban youth.

The republican party will outlive you.

Pay attention dude. They don’t want to change. They’re more into spending than the Democrats. They just lie more about it.

The Republican Party needs to die.

The world has had worthless money since Nixon finished the decoupling of the US currency from gold. Most of the bad times since then were reactions to the Fed and World Banks shenanigans and the “good” times were false reactions to government inflating the money supply and artificially lowering interest rates.

This road to a planned economy using corporations leads to fascism, a system that cannot last no more than other forms of socialism can.

It’s the right move, but it’s going to take a while for Republicans to get their good name back. Personally, I believe there should NEVER been a year where Republicans control Congress where the budget isn’t balanced.

Being the party to outlaw pork barrel projects would be a good start too.

One place being the Dubai Ports issue, where her opposition ran counter to “free market” beliefs.

The free market has to be tempered by national security concerns, of course. We had restrictions against sending computers and such to the U.S.S.R., but that doesn’t mean the policy was anti-capitalist. Quite the contrary.

Border control, yes – where I don’t disagree with her.
Economy, not so much – her opinions on the economy seem to contradict her beliefs on border control.

Have you noticed that the states that have the biggest deficits, are the states that cater to illegal immigrants.

Interesting use of executive power… but so what if Bush uses his Veto? It goes back to the congress and they shut him down again?

Bring Nebraska along too please. I want to live in a country with a govt that protects and practices true American values again.

You keep your highway funds, SS, Medicare, your over bearing government that wants to control every part of our daily lives, etc. and we’ll stop sending federal taxes back to DC and stop joining the military. At least 1 fully automatic M16 will be mandatory in every home of law abiding adults.

By the way, we’re drilling anywhere and everywhere and building some nuke power plants and more oil refineries and to hell with the western-spotted-spooky-salamander.

This makes me think of a survey that was done years ago with people who had back pain.

Mean time for back pain to go away if you just let your back get better on it’s own – 6 months.

This last option though has the distinct advantage of not putting you even deeper in debt.

Yeah, #7 sounds about right I’m afraid.

I’ve done what I can to keep my country great and safe. I vote. I served in the military. I pay my taxes. I live within my means. I think of myself as a productive and law abiding citizen, a good American. I defend our traditions and values as have so many other fine Americans. Yet, despite all that, I feel as if our nations greatness is slipping away. I want to help my country but our govt seems hell bent on destroying it.
