Man with stressful job forced to live with mother-in-law

As if the guy didn’t have enough problems.
“She is here to help them get up and running,’’ said Katie McCormick Lelyveld, a spokeswoman for Mrs. Obama. “She will determine in the coming months whether or not she wants to stay in D.C. permanently.”
In some ways, Mrs. Robinson’s decision to move – at least temporarily — is no real surprise. During the presidential campaign, Mrs. Robinson was a family mainstay, caring for the Obama girls, Sasha and Malia, while their parents were on the road…
“I’ve never lived outside of Chicago, so I don’t know,’’ said Mrs. Robinson, hesitating a bit as she considered last year whether she was willing to move into the White House. “In the end, in the end, I’ll do whatever. I might fuss a little, but I’ll be there.”
They said McCain couldn’t be trusted with the button, but take away The One’s cigarettes and Blackberry (maybe) and dump this on him and, well — let’s just say I’m increasingly optimistic Iran will be dealt with “harshly” when the time comes.
I’m looking forward to the inevitable Eddie Murphy takeoff, with Murphy playing the characters of the president, the first lady, and of course the “sassy” matron in a fat suit. Exit question: Did I miss any hacky mother-in-law jokes here? Something involving a rolling pin and hair curlers, maybe?

I despise Obama in every way possible. I hope his presidency is a complete and utter failure and that the economy suffers depression worse than the 1930s under his leadership.
But damn, I feel for the guy to have to endure living with mo-in-law for so many years.
angryed on January 9, 2009 at 6:23 PM
Hey, this could be worse. They could put her up elsewhere in NW DC, and the daily motorcade would wreak havoc on the traffic every day. Having the One’s family at a hotel north of the White House is already blocking enough traffic.
Let her move into the White House. It’s better for the rest of us. Look what having a mother-in-law living with you did for Harry Truman. (ha ha!)

The O’bummer is either smarter than hell or dumber than a box of rocks. He puts Hillary Clinton in his administration–and puts his Mother-In-Law in the White House!

Is he keeping his enemies close–as the old Chinese Warlord recommended? Or did King Duncan just invite Lady MacBeth into the castle?

No wonder he spent so much time in Hawaii working on his pecs. He wanted to fit in with all of the “girls” in his life.
This guy is a classic case for the psychological journals. He was essentially abandoned by both his hippie mother and his drunken bigamist father. He was/is surrounded by fawning women throughout most of his life. He sought father figures in discreditable men such as Davis, Wright, and Ayers. He appears to be locked into a narcissistic adolescence.
What could possibly go wrong with leadership building blocks like those?

Did y’all forget about this?: Obama’s women reveal his secret
By Spengler: http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Front_Page/JB26Aa01.html
Spengler was wrong about BO losing the election. Even though Spengler misunderstood the stupidity of American voters, I think he’s still on to something important.
BO is not a strong person. He lacks essential, core strength as an individual. It’s revealed in his books. The baritone voice is soothing, , and he can string a few words together, so it doesn’t matter what he says or doesn’t say.
But underneath all of this is an unformed person. The strongest person in Barry’s life, other than Axelrod, Emanuel, Soros and a host of others, is his wife, MO.

This is pretty much the same attitude the Lefties took wrt Bush and foreign policy. That’s why they were rooting for us to lose in Iraq. So that Bush would look bad and take the fall. I didn’t like it then, and I don’t like it now.
My sentiments exactly. Our country can’t afford politics at any cost. Not any more. It’s absolutely killed us the last 8 years. Another 4 to 8 might not be reversible.

The only thing that would make me happy is to see Nanny Pelosi snapping BO’s knickers (like his wife) to make him dance to the tune. Regardless of what anyone may thing of BO, there is one thing certain – he is not his own man, and someone pulls the strings.

Maybe the sitcom can be called “All in the White House”.
Scene: After making cookies with the children, the White House kitchen is splattered with milk, eggs, flour, etc. It looks like a bomb went off!
Children: Uncle Billy, the kitchen is a mess! How are we going to clean this up before mom and dad get back?
Uncle Billy (Ayers): I don’t regret making a mess. In fact, I should have done more. But let’s see what we can do to clean this capitalist mess up.
Mrs. Robinson (enters) : Hey there now Billy, what’s all the fuss?
Uncle Billy (faces camera): Uh-oh – am I ever going to get it!
Hmmmm, still needs work.

Heh, Michelle O? Puuuulease!!! Yeah, she’ll be a typical “mom” like srHillary. MO’s relatives are from SC, Williamsburg, CO, I believe. Ever traveled through there? I have….. in a car that I prayed would never break down.
Did you ever work with a woman like MO? I have. Pray that you never have to do so.
“Beastly malcontents?” Let me put it this way, my dear. The Clintons never owned their own home until after BJ left the presidency. They were, “White Trash in the White House” by my own words. To be blunt, they were on welfare all their lives since the taxpayers of Arkansas and later on a federal level paid for everything they had. Once the Clintons left they made mega millions in a few short years. On their own they probably couldn’t have earned enough to buy toilet paper.
The Obamas are no different. They are AA entitlement babies who owe special thanks to the grievance mongers like J Jackson, Al Sharpton, the NAACP and a host of other race peddlers.
As for the question you asked as to MO and her need for her mother to look after the two little darlings…. read MO’s speech transcripts. Michelle O doesn’t want some honkeys looking after her kids. They can attend Sidwell during the day, but she damn sure doesn’t want them too far away from Preacha Wright. Staying in that disgusting church for 20 yrs was as much MO’s choice as it was BO’s. That tells me all I need to know about the Obamas.

That was intentional and a political strategy. It makes a filthy Chicago politician seem more human and his very unpolished wife seem more like any other wife. It won’t continue. The filthy bastard will go back to being aloof and his “ho” will have so much advice on how to pretty herself and her brats up that she’ll finally be presentable in public. Put another way the days when Obama comes off as the pimp for his gutter slut are coming to an end.
P.S. I’m fully aware that Michelle Obama is an Ivy-League educated lawyer but she has never learned the social graces necessary to be the wife of a politician. It was OK to be a gutter slut when Obama was a radical community instigator or even a state senator but there is a reason why the woman never was part of the DC crowd when Obama made it to the US Senate. She simply was too coarse to make the right impression when her filthy husband was attempting to run for national office.
