I’m not so sure about the easy sailing of Holder. Even RINO Arlen Specter on the Judiciary Committee is making noises about Holder’s flaws. Specter has to be treading a fine line here because he is up for reelection in 2010. He has rubbed too many Republicans the wrong way.

The Marc Rich pardon was at least a good old fashioned 19th Cent. bribe for a white collar crook. The FALN pardons let anti-American terrorists escape the full force of justice. Hopefully Holder will be the second Dear Leader appointee to go down in flames.

In recent news from the Hill, Attorney General nominee Eric Holder has announced that he is changing his name to “Eric Sea Kitten”. One anonymous congressional Republican characterized the move as ‘hiding behind the skirts of the adorable sea kittens’, but refused to say whether Holder’s renaming would serve to ‘de-claw’ the confirmation process.

The source refused to go on-record for fear of possible accusations of being a ’sea kitten hater’.
