But if you look at the picture on that SAME PAGE, there’s a photo of the boy, being held by the cameraman/brother. The boy’s head is clearly visible, and there are no visible wounds, or shaving of his head where doctors tried to get to shrapnel, or bandages, or blood/blood stains.

Then there’s the whole rigor mortis thing when they’re burying him.

Yes, but…

Please look at the the video, you can see the stain on the sheets, around the boy’s left hand. Later the child is rolled and lifted to expose the bloody area, showing the viewer a puddle of blood. It is intended to elicit emotion, repulsion and sympathy. It is likely real but it is not from a wound.

Here is why it is more likely from a blown IV or an IV left running in a deceased patient. Other than the location of that stain (hand not body) it is the character of the stain. Blood is made of up many components. In simple terms blood is basically liquids and solids. This is a terrible example but sufficient to illustrate: Blood is like chili – solids and liquids, now add some water to your chili and slowly pour it on some cotton sheets. Now drip a little more water slowly. The watery parts will wick away and the solids will remain mostly centered but diluted. As the spill wicks a few small solids get carried along, as they deposit the outer areas become almost entirely fluid. Thus the stain becomes lighter & lighter as it expands. In the video, the diameter of expansion/expansion color, and the center color is more in line with diluted blood – IE a blown IV or an IV that now leaks because the patient is deceased and the veins no longer function.

A blown IV hardly elicits sympathy, and a deceased child is more sympathetic if there is blood involved. It is a manipulation meant to cause the viewer, in their moment of horror, to believe the most important part of their story – “Jews murder children”. That is the purpose of this video. If you don’t uncover the lies in the video, then the intent of the video is left as truth.

Enough people have spoken logically to understand that the damage on the building is inconsistent with the story given by the video.

CNN is promoting Hamas’ propaganda and shielding the most likely real killers – Hamas. This child was probably a human shield, or killed in a weapons cache. We will never know.

WTF guy? The ER scene is fake, the bomb blast area is also a total fake. Imagine the kinetic energy involved with a missle strike…does this look anything like any genuine missle strikes you’ve scene in photos or legit news reports? Maybe this is that top secret, super smart kid missle that the guy shooting the video suggests. I guess these only deliver enough ordinance to only kill kids but thankfully doesn’t damage anything else.

Guy, you don’t have a clue about the medical malpractice performed shown in the video and you sure as heck don’t know anything about the military side of the ledger. So besides the the ER scene and the make believe impact area, it looks like a pretty legit video. Is that about right?

I think I mentioned in my own post that the behavior of the people in the hospital shot seemed fishy. I have no trouble with the notion that the child was already dead, and that the hospital folks were mugging for the camera for propaganda purposes. But that was the only aspect of the video presented that seemed fishy–converse to what many here were saying and, I suspect, would like to think. The blood looked real, the fragmentation damage looked real, it appeared to be a real dead child. I accept that collateral damage happens, and I abhor Hamas’s cynical eagerness at using Palestinian civilian deaths (the younger the better!) to service their sick propaganda purposes. However, that doesn’t make everything in the video fake. Indeed, Hamas would be less despicable if it were all fake. Instead, from the looks of it they tried to capitalize on the death of a child. That’s the way they operate.

The only thing even remotely fishy here is the obviously ineffectual CPR–but there could be other explanations for that. Even if the doctor in question was hamming for the camera, that doesn’t mean the rest of the video is bogus. In a war, some women and children will die. If you can’t handle that reality, you should re-think your attitude about the use of military force.

Dude, the whole scene is theater. Re read the comments by myself and others who have real world experience running and/or participating in trauma codes both as civillians and in the military. NOTHING in the video comports with a real code. These are not inconsequential points. Since when do you not secure an airway and bag while doing compressions? Since when can an ER MD look at a cardiac monitor and read a rythem when cardiac leads are unattached (you can hear the warning beep throughout the video)? Since when do you not establish lines and push drugs, strip the patient, insert a cath, not compress the chest (not even bad technique b/c there was no compression. The guy doing the compressions is probably not even in the medical field b/c if he was, he’d at least be able to fake it a little.

There are more points made by others and myself in previous posts. These can’t be explained away as just oversights or “just there way of doing things” or b/c they lack drugs and training. Douche bag number one (on the left) (Mads Gilbert) is a western trained, known physician who is running the code, he’s in charge of everything we see happening. He knows what should be going on and yet he makes no attempt to intervene and tell douche bag number two “hey jerk off, you’re doing poor cpr technique and not compressing the chest, this kids going to die” he makes no effort to say, “where the f**ck is the airway, Why aren’t you pricks bagging? We need to get this kid intabated! “We need blood gases” We need an x-ray to either locate the projectile, view the cardiac shadow, r/o a pneumothorax..whatever.

This is how it is done and yet there is ZERO effort to do anything. Instead Douche bag number one looks at the monitor and points to a non existent cardiac rhythms while the disconnected lead warning beep is blaring, shakes his head, looks around and at the end we can see Douche bag number 3 finally hand a packet which I recognize as cardiac monitor patches and apply them to the chest.

On top of everything, the video has been edited severely which is why some of the things happen out of order in the video.

As I said previously, I showed this to 3 experienced ER nurses and an EMT without explaining the circomstances surrounding the video and everyone picked up that this was bogus.

Apparently no one at CNN carries a Red Cross CPR card, because if they did, they recognize that the whole video was fishy and worthy of further vetting with an expert in the field.

Here’s what I think happened: This is a propaganda video of convenience that was shot on the fly and for which Mads Gilbert is an active and willing participant. I say on the fly, b/c if it were planned out, Gilbert could have provided a little more direction on how things should look and work. My guess is he was working in the ER treating patients for various things and someone decided to shoot a propaganda video on a kid with some sort of less than fatal injury.

The fact that they are not doing real chest compressions (Mads sees this and yet doesn’t make any effort to take over or correct the compressions) tells me that 1) the patient is alive, b/c real cpr would hurt/might break ribs etc…and would explain why they are not bagging this kid (if it were a corpse it wouldn’t matter) 2) Mads probably assumed the clown behind the camera would not focus on the actual compressions. Camera clown guy probably thinks the compressions add a bit of authenticity to the whole drama, nor realizing that it is in fact the loose thread that causes the whole thing to start to unravel. 3) The fact that the whole thing is badly edited suggests that there wasn’t much going on (like real code stuff) and/or there needed to be outtakes…someone starts laughing, the kid sneezes and sits up. But it is edited and some scenes appear out of sequence and you have to ask why.

I challenge ANYONE who beleives this video to address the SPECIFIC points of the code that I and others have raised. Until you can explain these away, nothing else matters.

1. That wasn’t CPR being administered

2. That rooftop wasn’t hit by a hellfire missile

Another thing I also found about the the video of the rooftop very suspect was the minimal amount of blood despite the fact that TWO young boys were mortally wounded there. One report said the other child lost his foot, but there isn’t nearly that much blood that I see.

Finally, if I was asked if the damage on the roof was caused by a Hellfire missile or a Qassam rocket, I would say the later. Just saying.

The “captive population” mythology is essential to modern liberal Western thought, because it’s the only way they can rationalize inaction in the face of obvious aggression. All through the 90s, Clinton took no action against acts of war from Islamic fascism, saying it would be inhumane to subject the innocent populace of Jihadistan to the horrors of war because of the crimes perpetrated by a handful of extremists. That’s how we ended up with a little FBI squad wandering hopelessly around Yemen, treating the U.S.S. Cole like a crime scene surrounded by the chalk outline of a naval destroyer.

To accept that the bulk of a population might support acts of terror is utterly antithetical to liberalism’s beliefs on foreign policy. That’s why CNN editors rush with something like giddy relief to publish photos of Israeli “atrocities.” Liberalism cannot accept the concept of an “enemy nation” – at best, if prodded by its leaders, it can believe an individual like Slobodan Milosevic is “the next Hitler” and deserves to be overthrown. (Notice how nobody is putting together a glossy HBO miniseries about Slobo’s family and last days in power? He had the misfortune to be designated as evil by a Democrat president.)

This type of indulgence is exactly what terrorism needs to thrive. As long as it’s incredibly difficult to pick a few terror leaders out of a populace willing to shelter them, and the West is unwilling to make any population suffer for the actions of its leaders, the terrorist has a fighting chance for success. Israel seems to be in the process of altering that dynamic in the Gaza strip, and the Western media will do everything in its power to stop them, because this is not a battle they can conceive of Israel winning.

Why would they?

When this first came out I showed it to my husband who was incredulous at the lack of destruction. Myself have taken a couple of CPR courses and anyone who’s seen an actor act it on tv could have done a better job at faking it than the guy in the video. But I guess CNN is scrambling to cover their arses in such a bald display of favoritism and lack of professionalism.
