What about Tim Geithner? Treasury is one of the top two or three cabinet positions for this administration. At Defense, another critical position, Gates will stay in place.

Plus while in Iraq working for CNN/DNC, the Doc saved a wounded Marine’s life by performing emergency brain surgery on him.
In MY neighborhood, thats worth something. Maybe not an appointment as USSG, but its certainly praiseworthy, bordering on baller status.

I confess I sometimes get Sanjay Gupta mixed confused with Deepak Chopra, who we know from our prior reading is a complete and total nutbar.
