From the video, I love how feisty Mr. Burris is with the media. He sure knows how to put them in place, which is not what they are used to. They are sooooooo in the sack for the O, it’s not even attempted to be hidden. He, however, takes care of them, promptly, each time. “I am the juniour Sen. from Illinois” was great.

I thought the same thing when I watched his news conference today. He lobbed whatever that female reporter asked right back at her, and all the while he smiled and kept his composure.

Would a man shameless enough to take to the pulpit at a Chicago church to demand his appointment be shameless enough to show up tomorrow and force Reid to turn him away at the door for the cameras?

Hell, yeah, he would…and, while I’m no fan of Burris et al., I gotta admit a certain admiration for anyone who successfully beats Dingy Harry at his own game.

I can see the National Guard escorting Burris to his seat, while Reid is chained to the senate door…
“We only need their vote, announced Reid, we don’t need ‘their’ leadership”.
“If he shows up, I am going to throw him under the back of the bus” stated President Elect Obama.
“I stated that there are now a thousand cracks in the ceiling…and the blacks begin showing up looking for the crack” expressed Speaker Pelosi, “Don’t they know their place?”
“Burris hasn’t been indicted” was Hillary response, “I am not sure he is qualified”.
“I don’t mind if he is selected” said Dick Durbin, “As long as he shines my shoes and doesn’t look me directly in the eyes, them boys give me the willy’s”.
