Probably not at the mosque, but both Iraqi and Afghan men tend to brag about their sexual stamina. There are even references to Mohammad’s stamina in his biographies, which are considered semi-sacred. It’s a testament to their manliness and adds to their prestige, which is of utmost importance in an honor/shame society.

Still, he wouldn’t have to say anything about the pills, and impregnating one or more of his wives so late in life would earn him a big boost of respect with his fellow tribesmen. That admiration is worth more than money in the hinterlands of the AfPak border.
