There are consequences for everything. A 13-year-old girl’s identity would NOT be revealed in a rape case like the imaginary one here. Yes, she would privately have to go through the trial and everything. She may still end up with an abortion, with her parents consent.

There is a reason we have laws protecting minors: They aren’t ready to make decisions on their own. Obviously, since she had unprotected sex, she is not capable of it. It’s a parent’s job to help their children make these decisions and no other adult should EVER take away their rights, for any reason, especially for something as potentially dangerous as an abortion to the physical and mental health of the child.

There are consequences for every action. To teach ANYBODY, but especially a minor, that if they just go see the right people, those consequences can be softened, and avoided for the pedophile/rapist, is absolutely outrageous. The pedophile will move on to another child. The child will grow up thinking they can get away with other crimes, and may become good enough to get away with it to the tune of $50 Billion dollars.

Would the child in this scenario suffer if the rape was reported and the pedophile arrested and convicted? Absolutely, but that is the price of the decision. At least she won’t end up in some other state, without her parents knowing where she is, having a medical procedure done, only to return (hopefully alive) and continue the relationship . . .

These PP employees were not trying to protect the 13 year old or the pedophile. They were trying to make money off of an abortion. Simple as that.

No thought at all about the “girl’s” well being.

Although I expect PP to suggest that girls go over state lines where the law differs on parental consent (still breaking the law) so they can get their abortion, I just can’t stand that they fail the girl by not reporting the crime to the police. To me, this is advocating the exploitation and molestation. There should be a pretty harsh penalty for these programs and employees, jail time at a minimum for the employees.

There is at least one good result of the MSM not reporting on this. Apparently, the Planned Parenthood offices have no idea that these stings are happening. I mean, wouldn’t a worker, with a modicum of intelligence, be just an itsy bitsy suspicious when a 13 year old shows up with a story similar to one already plastered all over the internet?

Apparently not. And, if they haven’t seen it on the MSM it would seem they operate in blissful ingorance, awaiting the next sting.

It’s a dark cloud that doesn’t have a silver lining.

All of the undercover videos were shot within a relatively short time frame of each other last summer.

Lila and Jackie are simply releasing them one by one for maximum effect.

Note that the employees suspended were still presumably working there for the 6 months between when the film was recorded and when Lila and Jackie released it.

If that doesn’t make your stomache turn, nothing will.

Because the state isn’t a parent and neither is a pedophile.

I take a different tack. I think there’s far too much hand wringing and post-modern foot dragging going on today, where cases like this exist.

Handringing just leads to inaction and the kind of “thinking” that leads down the road to letting pedophiles go free and sending 13 year old girls back to their abusers.

I think having an abortion is even more damaging to her in the long term. And it’s certainly “damaging” to her unborn child. I think choosing life is always a better way to go. I really do. And there is always adoption. So many couples would love to adopt a newborn. Friends of mine waited years before they were able to adopt their son.

Make sure the authorities are informed and the 31 year old is jailed. That’s what is of primary importance. Because she’s not the only one he’s abusing, rest assured.

Agreed, and that’s why I would turn him in. I sure as hell would want to know if it was my daughter. Unfortunately, there is the assumption that her family will treat her right, and there is still the little problem of a 13 year old going to term and having a child without a father, or actually having a pedophile for a father. Unless her family is a good one (many are not) both her and her child are in for a rough future and likely a repeat performance.

I just think it’s more valuable to explore these problems than to just vent my anger about the pedophile – that’s a given. I’m looking for better understanding, not a wall to punch.

I never suggested that I wouldn’t be thinking of the child too. It is worse by far not to inform her parents. I would talk to her about that and listen to her. I’m sure she’s afraid to tell them, but I would explain to her that it is far worse to go on in secret. Abortion doesn’t magically make it all better.

Children often don’t want to do what is in their best interest. That’s why adults need to act for them. The reason why a 31 year old would target a 13 year is because they are easy to manipulate. A 13 year old is naturally going to defend the man who seduced or raped her. It’s called Stockholm Syndrome.

The situation caught on video is precisely the reason why we have Parental Notification Laws.

In this case (13 year old pregnant by a 31 year old “man”), there is nothing that’s going to make going forward easy. The damage has already been done.

So if she confides in adult, the choice going forward is easy. Make sure the authorities are informed and the 31 year old is jailed. That’s what is of primary importance. Because she’s not the only one he’s abusing, rest assured.
