The way I heard about this was the Secret Service was informed to stand back and let the Iraqi’s handle this on their own.

What gets me is Huffpo losers made a mockery of this, just think, if we didn’t help secure their independence that reporter would be sitting in a cell awaiting his death or some other dire fate.

The way the reported behaved one would have thought he was one of our MSM.

I countered some of those ingrates mentioning that they hate Bush but have enjoyed 7 plus years free from a jihad bloodbath in the USA which has not spared Europe, India or other places in the world. The Bible does say that in the end times men would rail against authority which in effect is railing against God who is the ultimate authority. Look at the anarchy in Greece. It will get worse, sadly. This same bunch is the group against anything godly in American life, morality and standards of behavior.

Is that right? Why do you suppose we have to remove our shoes every time we go through airport security? Could it have anything to do with an islamo-facist nutjob trying to down and airliner with explosives secreted in his shoes?

If people in the room had their shoes x-rayed then this probably isn’t such a big deal from a security standpoint. If the shoes were not inspected, there is no way the secret service can minimize the risk of having allowed the first shoe to get to the president and it’s absolutely inexcusable that they didn’t prevent the second because there’s no way they could have known it didn’t contain an explosive that would detonate on impact. The first could have been a dud, so having permitted the second one reach the president I submit the entire security detail should be looking for work.
