Jesse Jackson Jr on Blagojevich: He’s mental

True, or just expedient? I’m thinking both. Blago’s unsoundness of mind is indeed a convenient talking point in how it shifts blame for Hot Rod’s corruption away from Illinois’s culture while preemptively discrediting any testimony he might end up giving against the machine. That logic probably figured in the state AG’s “unfitness” petition today, too. The “crazier” Blagojevich is, the less political damage he can do. And yet … acquaintances were saying this about him months ago, if not years. Were they all crooked and simply lying to try to scapegoat him in advance? Anything’s possible in Chicago, but I’m skeptical.

Incidentally, if you’re having trouble keeping track of the many, many allegations against him, good news — your troubles are over.

Surfin’ Daddy’s coat tails.

Scripted Q&A’s, double speak, word conflagration, absolute denial flying in the face of truth, selling ice to Eskimos and ketchup Popsicles to ladies wearing white gloves with steely eye contact and vindictive righteousness… etc ad nauseum.

I so loathe celebrity rock star movie heros American politicians.

True, or just expedient? I’m thinking both.

Me, too. But the incongruity of Jesse Jackson, Junior questionning the mental capacity of a corrupt Democrat from Illinois is nearly complete. That would be this effing fruitcake full of flaky, fruity nuttiness.

It’s that Jarrett Lady woman. Obama’s hand picked successor knob-wench.

FTFY.

Perhaps thou protestest much too greatly….

I have to question the mental capacity of someone who can utter the following,

… that he cannot function under the duress that he is presently functioning under.

So, “he is presently functioning under” a duress “that he cannot function under”???

Huh?

If they knew he was crazy then why did they help get him elected in the first place? Sorry, I’m not buying the “by reason of insanity” defense.

But I do love it so very much. It begs the question, “So, how many other Democrat lunatics are currently occupying high political offices?”

That last question would then be followed up by some Howard Dean questions, just to jog the memory and get the ball rolling.

What was that answer Guiliani gave at a presser on 9/11 when asked the number of victims in the twin towers? Something like: “we don’t know the actual figure yet, but the final numbers are likely to be so large that it will make us weep” or something like that.

You lost me, AZ. Rudy is one of the only politicians who’s always understood the terrorist threat and the need to get rid of the UN, and had the integrity to say so. While almost everyone else was stumbling over each other to welcome Arafat, Rudy told him that terrorist scum weren’t welcome in New York – to the “shock” of many. He’s a truly smart guy, also.

Kid’n Play called Jesse. They want the fade back.

I hope ole Blago spills the beans and just spouts off with a plethora of tidbits of dirt and corruption regarding anyone involved. Calling him crazy is just setting up the public to believe that anything he says is a figment of his imagination and should be regarded as not true. Dems are covering their asses.

OUCH.

Dr. Manhattan on December 13, 2008 at 12:26 PM

I’ve heard a 13 minute sound clip of a Blago press conference from October.

He’s much better spoken and much more rational than the Fool ever thought of being. He handled that press conference masterfully.

Perhaps the probability of broken kneecaps or worse has driven him insance.

progressoverpeace, AZCoyote was saying that the answer to your question,

“So, how many other Democrat lunatics are currently occupying high political offices?”,

is,

“we don’t know the actual figure yet, but the final numbers are likely to be so large that it will make us weep”
