Hollywood is the new socialism. You have rich powerful heads of production who dole out the money to make clap trap propaganda for the unwashed masses.
The poor worker class of Hollywood (grips, PA’s etc) are probably the treated the worst of any workers in industry today. They pay peanuts to the peasants and treat them as such.

George Bush is an honorable man who did what he believed was right and necessary, and did it in the face of hysterical world opinion and the scorn and mockery of those who aren’t fit to wipe his shoes. He has kept us safe for 8 years. Let us hope that Bambi can do the same. I’m not very optimistic, though.

Sorry, but Bush is on record as saying to his prospective biographer back in 1999 that if he had the chance to go to war in Iraq, he’d do so to boost his own political fortunes. He was quite enamored of how the Falklands War boosted Thatcher’s political stature in fact.

Maybe Joe Biden could give him some tips. Now, if Opie would just make a good movie, he could afford it.

All we have to remember is accuracy- the nuts on the left were screaming he’d find a way to extend his term, he had shredded the Constitution, kept us in an unwinnable war, etc.

As he calmly transitions out of power on 1/20/09, Obama keeps some of his “unconstitutional” policies in place, and the troops come home in victory we will all be reminded that facts are stubborn things.

I didn’t agree with a number of things Bush did, but overall job well done.

I wonder when the Hollywood Left are going to get around to making “Clinton – The Movie”, complete with intern BJ scenes, pardons of people like Marc Rich, and Sandy Berger shoving classified documents in his sock like a 8th grade shoplifter?

Richard Nixon was not a likable president, but he brought an end to the Vietnam War with a victory on paper that was betrayed by the enemy and the moonbats in the USA. Opie seems to forget that a Democratic president and congress drafted thousands of American young men and betrayed their honor and sacrifice. How can anyone have lived through those times and missed that part of history? These men served and died in a mismanaged war that was micromanaged by idiot politicians and then came home to be spit on. America should be making movies about that, and how ashamed those people should be for that disgrace, and how that parallels the clueless critics of today.

The fabric of both the enlisted and drafted servicemen that fought in Vietnam is just as honorable and demanding of respect as the people that fight in this war against Islamic terror. The difference in victory, Opie, is that this president stood behind the troops as did his administration. The only other comparison I find is that the Dems are still doing all they can to destroy our military and have no respect for the sacrifice of these fighting people and their families.
