As I was reading your comment it was so eerily familiar – I could have written it, myself. The only difference would have been where you said, “Islam’s institutionalization of Bedouin tribal raiding philosophy”, I like to say, “Islam is the formalization of desert arab culture.”

BTW, in all that scrambling around for a birth certificate, did anybody ever get around to thoroughly checking out Obama’s claim that he had a second uncle, once removed, on his mother’s side, who was actually in the US military?

I know the press has promised a few months “honeymoon” period for Obama (not counting the two years before the election.) But I find a lot of this stuff pretty hard to believe, and I hope we eventually get some answers.

Israel might as well take out Iran now, since after 1/21/09 they will disappear in a blaze of glory. Hey, all you folks in New York and Florida that voted for the One, hope you can live with what you have done.

It is absolutely incredible that this passes for intelligence in liberal circles.

Liberalism is secularism. They deny that they have beliefs; whatever they happen to believe from one moment to the next is “reality,” and everything that everyone else in the whole world believes is equal — to a giant pile of sh*t. Christianity, Islam, Scientology; it’s all just one huge blur to liberals.

But of course liberals have beliefs. Western liberalism is based on a stunted reflection of Judeo-Christian values, with all the spirituality sucked out – resulting in a bratty child’s version of the Ten Commandments: “Love everyone – except people who tell me to behave. Everyone should share all their toys – except me, etc… And as long as *I* do what feels right, then I will (somehow, magically) be rewarded in the end.”

Fascism and Communism spring from Islam’s prime COLLECTIVE tenet: “Any means is ‘good’ when it advances the goal of gaining land and subjects. We may feel like we’re living in Hell now; but once the entire globe is under a single yoke, the world will (somehow, magically) become a corporeal Paradise.”

What’s more, the love/hate relationship between these two utterly inimical world views isn’t a coincidence either. Islam’s institutionalization of Bedouin tribal raiding philosophy was created specifically to predate upon Judeo-Christian Samaritanism; and by exactly the same token, Communism was designed to parasitically exploit the openness inherent to free enterprise.

There’s nothing new under the sun. From the Crusades to Tripoli; through the World Wars and into the current bouts of terrorism… the same fight has been going on for over a thousand years now. There have been lulls, but no final victories.

Liberals don’t understand, literally, the first thing about Islam. They mindlessly celebrate its ‘diversity’, but they don’t have a clue what that word means. They don’t understand that Islam is not the same as Christianity and Judaism. Muslims don’t have Ten Commandments. It’s an entirely different way of looking at the world. Islam is not about “right” and “wrong”; it’s about a means to an end.

This is a major point that so many ignore. I get incensed every time I hear someone talking about the “3 Abrahamic religions” and have to launch into an explanation that Judaism and Christianity are intimately connected while islam is just the result of plagiarism by Mo in order to insert himself into those already known religions to buy himself some instant credibility.

What gets me about islam – the real chutzpah of Mo – is that he not only stole from the Old and New Testaments, but then called Jews and Christians liars to explain the differences between his tales and the stories of the Old and New Testaments. So many Westerners are still surprised to hear what islam says about things – especially about the “lies” in the Old and New Testament.

The other (morbidly) funny thing that strikes me is how Westerners think that islam is referring to itself, Judaism, and Christianity when muslims talk about monotheistic religions. Too many Westerners (like almost all) still don’t understand that muslims consider nothing but islam to be monotheistic.

It ain’t gonna happen. Israel has NEVER (w the exception of the aftermath of the Hezbollah debacle in 06–thanks to bonehead Olmert) allowed peace-keeping forces to decide their destiny. Peace-keepers always stand facing the Israelis, with their backs the Arabs, making sure that Israel does not protect itself. This happened very early on in Israel’s existence, and they won’t go for it. Stupid college puke broad–she’s doing what these “smartest guy in the room” Ivy-league types always do–pontificating about somethings she knows bupkes about.

Once Israel starts taking land (never to negotiate over it again) then the arabs will start calming down. Every time rockets and mortars come out of Gaza, a mile strip of Gaza needs to be annexed – never, ever, ever to be negotiated over or given away. That would stop the rocket fire faster and more completely than anything.
