Maybe it’s just me, I have a BIG problem with the Solicitor General representing Obama in civil lawsuits like Berg V Obama.
Obama is NOT President Elect yet and he is being represented by the Justice Department? Only G.W. Bush would have the authority to do that.

Again, this the prospective assignment of 20,000 troops for “Domestic Purposes”, which would CLEARLY violate the Posse Comitatus Act, I’m starting to smell a HUGE rat, or maybe an entire pack of rats, and I hate conspiracy crap so much, I chased Alex Jones out of a mall. (Alex Jones can run pretty fast for a fat boy)

The latest challenge to produce a birth certificate is in the hands of Justice Clarence Thomas who will review it on December 5th and, we can only hope, pass it on to the full court for consideration. (Docket #08A407) I understand there are approximately 15 more challenges coming up the pike.

BTW, I had to show my original birth certificate to renew my drivers license. The law in Missouri is called “ShoMeProof”. I had no problem getting it from Illinois, where I was born many, many years ago. Maybe it’s a little tougher getting an original BC out of Kenya, I don’t know.

The One sure looks guilty in the epic birth certificate flap! Libs tell me it seems petty to keep after him.

But this is the same guy who disposed of rivals by forcing divorce records concerning adultery out in the open in one race and contesting signatures on a petition in another.

None of his appointments matter. They are all there to do his bidding. Remember, he is the vision. He is the one we’ve been waiting for. The center of the Obama universe can only be Obama. Why concern yourselves with the little people he gathers around him? He will gather them in and discard them at his choosing. Focus on the real target.

I wonder how different a McCain administration would have looked compared to Reagan/Bush/Bush. Bush II even reached back to the Ford administration for some of his appointments.

Yep. He did a good job even though little came of it. He was also a good deal helpful in bringing down Jimmah. If I remember correctly, he refused to change money policy to make Carter look good. He stood his ground and deserves some credit (most should go to the Gipper) for getting us out of Carter’s economic disaster.
