A lovely sentiment. Any reason why there’s no companion clip for McCain? He did okay advocating conservative values at Saddleback, as I recall; his son also embodies the greatness of America through service, as of course does Maverick himself; and he bore up well enough amid various media smears, including multiple NYT hit pieces on him and his wife and the incessant shrieking about phony cross stories from the danker corners of the Atlantic. Why limit this thanks to one-half of the ticket?

Because McCain has (or at least tried) to implemented policy that does not reflect mainstream republican values.
See McCain-Feingold, Amnesty, Global Warming Populism, etc.
The man needs to resign.

Because we don’t like him!
McCain fans (all 3 of them) can make their own video if they so choose. Judging from the turnout of his boring speeches it will be a very lukewarm show of support if they did :)

See the idiotic fools on the left who are stuck on this cult of personality with Obama and his empty rhetoric have a counterpart on the right.
This commercial is idiotic and of course appeals to the lowest common denominator, idiots.
I’ll give it this, the commercial was a good argument about the sorry state of the public school system.

funny!
Why no thanks for Mac? I think Mac’s staffers, with their cowardly anonymous hits on Palin, made their own boss look bad and squandered whatever goodwill he had remaining with the base.
Palin 2012.

Why only one half of the ticket you ask? That’s because that ad was sponsored by the “Our Country Deserves Better” PAC. Shamnesty is not a part of their agenda.

All that gag shows is a total lack of respect for another person passing itself off as entertainment, or comedic enterainment.
Sarah Palin clearly has the lion’s share of integrity in this display, while the not-so-funny radio station loons come off as boorish, disgusting oafs.
