Like in prison. And let’s not forget that he is the guy that wouldn’t support the war spending bill if he didn’t get his friggin earmarks. Class act. Maybe he and Duke can snuggle and keep each other company until the sun finally sets on these ass-clowns once and for all.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Now if we could only get rid of EVERY SINGLE incumbent, we’d have something going.

Although Stevens leaves in shame, I certainly honor his 40 years in the Senate.

There is nothing honorable about sucking from the federal tit for 40 years. NOTHING. If he believed in conservative values, he’d have stopped running after his second term and refuse a federal pension. But he’s just another piece of trash from DC.

Palin aught to fine him for mentioning her even in passing in his goodbye speech. No guilt by association, please.

I’m sure he did a lot for his state. Yeah, it was once just a frozen tundra and now there are roads. But he was a crook, and he should have stepped aside and let another Republican run if he cared at all about this country.

Although he was certainly a political adversary, I cant think of anyone who has done more for Alaska than Ted Stevens. Its truly a shame he didn’t retire in quiet dignity a decade ago.
