I voted early (again) and I held my nose (again) and voted for him! He is a standard rino/cino as he was to vote yes on shamnesty and the last second he bowed out on that vote after a massive phone and email campaign to vote other wise.

Pffffttttttttttt…on the sales tax issue. Smoke and mirrors about replacing the income tax with the sales tax. What isn’t mentioned are the several state efforts to impose a Ammo Tax. It comes in various shapes and sizes on the state level but the goal is to make banning of weapons a non-issue because you won’t be able to afford that 500% tax on ammo. A 200 round dry box of 5.56/.223, right now, runs about $120 bucks. Try adding $600 on top of it and watch the ammo and gun manufactures get put in Potters Field.

if republicans manage to get 41 seats; it’ll be 2 years of “we can’t pass this because of republicans” imagine that.

Yes, he sounds that way even when we elected him the first time, but alas, I will vote for him again then promptly PURGE.
Not a Conservative, but better than the alternative.

We don’t need yet more anti-gun laws. Simply enforcing the ones on the books will help take guns away from people who have no right to carry them, namely criminals. Good for the NRA supporting Chambliss.

Guns are going to come under attack from all fronts during the next 4 years, we need voices in DC who support them.

The Republicans didn’t “go nuclear” during the judges debate, partly because they feared a time would come when they needed the filibuster — and here it is. I suspect the Democrats will be reluctant to use it for the same reasons.
