Video: Time for another “enraged anti-Prop 8 mob” video

The violence wasn’t captured on camera this time; read the boss for a description of that. The media’s unwilling to place blame where it belongs in these incidents since the identities of the harassers and harassed confound the established Narrative, so they resort instead to feeble, evenhanded tsk-tsking about how “both sides” need to “cool down.” Look out for that as the coverage of this breaks big.
There’s only one man now who can rescue Prop 8 opponents from the terrible trappings of democracy — and luckily, not only has he had a lot of practice at it, this particular issue is one of his specialties. Expect a major 5-4 equal protection decision striking down the referendum sometime next year, with you-know-who writing for the majority. A surefire consolation prize for conservatives? Angriest Scalia dissent evah.

That is disgusting. No wonder my son came back to this area. He moved to San Fran. A few years back. Was there for over a week. He couldn’t handle it. Told me that he had never met the meanest most pi**ed off gays ever. He also said that he couldn’t trust even thinking of dating a man there. They are so promiscuous. I am so thankful he talked me out of voting No. A lot of rights for whites don’t exist. And Marriage is a privileged one. My right. My hubby’s right. Shows how disrespectful they are towards their parents. How much hate they have. And people in this area are getting fed up big time. They are stirring the pot and it is getting hot. That total mess was uncalled for. They are acting like spoiled brats. They were very unruly! What a disgrace!

Radical Islam.

And radical Evangelical Christianity, apparently.

JetBoy, What would you do without your gift of moral equivocation? That, and throwing in the kitchen sink, is your modus operandi for all arguments.
Let’s leave the lame moral equivocating of Islam vs Christianity to culturally suicidal liberals and fundamental Muslims.

Gay marriage won’t reduce any rights for whites. The legalizing of mixed-race marriages didn’t diminish white marriages. It gave people the option of marrying across color barriers, but didn’t require anyone to do so. Preventing gay marriage doesn’t strengthen straight marriages. The number of people who stay in a straight marriage because they don’t have the right to gay marry someone else would seem to be small.
dedalus on November 18, 2008 at 9:13 AM
Over 70% of African Americans in CA voted in favor of Prop 8. Why don’t the gays demonstrators go to Compton to protest???

Bullies don’t have courage.
Sissies don’t have courage.
bul⋅ly
1. a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people.
sis⋅sy
1. an effeminate boy or man.
2. a timid or cowardly person.
These sissybullies are actually spineless cowards. They only choose the gentle places for their intimidation campaign, places they access will not endanger them.
So, they pick the Christian crowd. They’re counting on Christian charity as a safe place to ply their bully tactics.

Funny how the homosexual groups are such proponents of teaching anti-bullying in our public schools, when it suits their cause, but have no problem bullying and intimidating other people simply because they don’t think as they do.
It doesn’t take videos like this and others where homosexuals are harassing elderly ladies to know what cowards these people truly are. Just the fact that they are infiltrating our public schools with the sole intention of drilling their perverse ideas into young children’s minds demonstrates cowardice in it’s lowest form.
I guess they feel that a vote for Obama automatically meant a vote for their attempt to redefine marriage.
And they must feel that since the media(and Acorn, and all the mystery donors with non-traceable money cards, etc) handed the election over to Obama on a silver platter, with extreme prejudice, that the Conservative voters must have done something themselves to steal this vote away from them.
Well, they were wrong, on both counts.
But since they feel they can’t be wrong, like an immature child intent on getting his way, they will throw their temper tantrum against their “oppressors”(in any other world that would be their parents), and then go to a higher source(a spoiling grandparent perhaps) to help them(in their world, an activist judge).
Unfortunately these are not simple children with innocent, childlike sensibilities who can learn their lesson with an introspective session in the timeout chair. These people do not savor introspection, as that forces them to think about their lives and examine how they are living and what they are doing.
Ignorance is bliss. Anything deeper would cause the hate they express outwardly toward their perceived “oppressors”, to be directed instead to the actual source of their hatred and disgust – themselves.

In looking at Michelle’s video in its entirety and reading what the demonstrators tried to do with the Christians there brought this Scripture to mind:
The next morning, Sodom was destroyed by God. The “Gay” community has been making us all feel more like Lot for years. But they themselves have a lower life expectancy, are plagued by AIDS (in spite of their efforts to make it seem that heterosexuals are as much a part of the problem).
If you were on a road where a tall bridge was out and you stopped just in time, would you not flag down every car going toward that bridge and tell them to stop and turn back!? That is what Christians are doing in that community. It is out of love not hate. Christ died for the homosexual, but many (like the U.S. as a whole) will not receive his love because that would require surrendering to Him. But I love what the apostle Paul writes, In I Corinthians 6:9-11:
We are all sinners, yet Christ will save the vilest among us if we but turn to Him on His terms. It is an act of love to tell people.

Because Compton is mostly Hispanic now.
Inglewood would be more appropriate. If they are foolish enough to do it, I hope I find out in advance.

Sure it will, it will diminish the meaning of marriage. Just like playing the race card constantly diminishes racism. I hear racism now and I roll my eyes, when in fact it could occur.
Tim Burton on November 18, 2008 at 11:38 AM
they should do something more constructive than these protest.
Maybe a contest: see who can grow the biggest cucumber in their garden, something like that would surely put the happy back in gay again.
la.rt.wngr on November 18, 2008 at 11:45 AM
Any couple who relies on the prestige factor of state paperwork to help their marriage is in trouble. Devotion, patience and sacrifice make or break a marriage–and it’s a daily test. Gays getting hitched won’t diminish a marriage any more than celebrity divorces do.
dedalus on November 18, 2008 at 11:51 AM

dedalus on November 18, 2008 at 9:13 AM
Cannot agree with you. There should be a way to let gays marry. Without butting in a Law that has been a Law for years. They get rights the same as we do married. But we had to have Jerry Brown a true idiot write the proposal up.
sheebe on November 18, 2008 at 11:56 AM
But wouldn’t this advise also be useful to the anti-Prop 8 crowd?
And seeing as they are the ones that want to change the definition of marriage, isn’t the onus on THEM to provide a legitimate reason for doing so?
And considering that civil unions give them the same exact state rights in CA that marriages have…
…isn’t this whole thing, then, about “state paperwork” and a label?
Religious_Zealot on November 18, 2008 at 12:31 PM
Likely that is the motivation for some. For gay people who want the novelty of having a ceremony and getting a state-issued marriage certificate, the divorce rate would likely be high.
I also think gay couples will have different challenges than straight couples, and that lesbian marriage will be different than male gay marriage.
I think marriage will be good for gay culture and to the extent that gay couples currently succeed in committing to each other exclusively for life and care for children then I think the recognition of that relationship by the people of the state should follow. Maybe it takes another decade before that happens.
dedalus on November 18, 2008 at 12:41 PM
OK, I’m a bit confused by your response.
How/why would gays act differently between being in a civil union and being ‘married’ (considering that the two have the same state rights and privileges)?
Religious_Zealot on November 18, 2008 at 12:47 PM
I haven’t seen so many gays since the last Tony awards.
RightWinged on November 18, 2008 at 12:47 PM
In a sense it surprises me that anyone is shocked at militant homosexual violence towards Christians. I think few have pointed out that active militant homosexuals do not generally acknowledge notions of natural law. I speak here about those who actively participate in homosexuality, not those who have homosexual inclination but do not participate in the act. Natural law points out that the logical end of sexuality is procreation. The joining of men and women, with complementary natures and souls (in the Artistotilean sense) in the sexual act is primarily for this purpose. Since, in the homosexual act there is not even the complementary nature of the soul, to act thus is an abberation. In a remote sense even active homosexuals recognize the natural order – ever notice how homosexual couples will act in ‘female’ and ‘male’ roles, as expressed in ‘butch’ lesbians or ‘effeminate’ gays? If however, by their participation in the homosexual act they fail to acknowledge natural law, why should it be expected that they would acknowledge civil law, the golden rule, or any other social regulation? This is perhaps one reason that human society of every age has has rejected homosexuality. It could be argued that by the very act in which they participate, homosexuals do not recognize any law. The cry for ‘tolerance’ is only code for endorsement of the homosexual act. If it is not endorsed, then for the militant active homosexual, all bets are off. Why is anyone surprised?
catholic_cowgirl on November 18, 2008 at 12:56 PM
Probably not much. My guess is that gay people and the quality of their commitments are more likely to be affected by older gay role models than by the word marriage. If gay unions are stable and the couples are successful and happy then it will have more of an impact than the word that appears on the state certificate.
dedalus on November 18, 2008 at 12:57 PM
Seeing these protesters getting so vehemently upset over singing a hymn or holding a cross reminds me of in Old Testament days, the wicked would stone the prophets when they came to teach repentance.
I understand Jetboy, that you think people should not go in and hold crosses or sing hymns…because its like yelling sinner! something that causes anger. But you are wrong to assume they went there to incite rage. Seriously, for those who don’t believe in Christ, what does it matter being called sinner? How do you know the people didn’t hold the cross or sing the hymn out of love and concern? Or how do you know they were sending the message to the gays, and not to fellow Christians? ( like hang tough Christians, we did the right thing ) They weren’t being rude to the gays…they weren’t even close to the rudeness they received.
The fact you can’t see the similarity between the old lady and the cross provoking grown men to behave like 2 year olds…and the lady who wears sexy clothing not asking to be raped, is beyond me.

Wow. Gay people can blow an annoying whistle for a really long time.
“Shame on you.” Is that what your fathers used to say?

Looks like the demon kids from Hell are gonna hold their collective breath till we all turn blue.
RightTurnOnly on November 18, 2008 at 1:56 PM
Great to see this is still going on this morning. To all those who have been shocked and outraged by this video, I can only say “Welcome to San Francisco, Folks.” This is a perfect vision of all the “tolerance” you’ve been hearing about for the last 35 years or so.
And catholic_cowgirl, thank you for pointing out the obvious, that we were created to merge the complementary male/female natures(or as a friend has always put it, “Tab A, Slot B.”) Never easy, always worth it.
And for those who think it’s OK for “Civil Unions” or any other form of Gay Marriage to be inflicted on innocent bystanders (children), I suggest you read some Alice Miller.
warbaby on November 18, 2008 at 2:18 PM
white powder update, now seminary classes in Utah are being sent white powder.
Do the gays really want a war? All they have to do is attack innocent children, and they will have the war they wish for.
Conservative Voice on November 18, 2008 at 4:21 PM
Geeze all the noise and hollering probably woke up the whole neighborhood. I’ll bet alot of the kids were late for school the next day. Oh uh wait a minute gays can’t uh never mind.
sonnyspats1 on November 18, 2008 at 4:22 PM
What do you think they have been doing for years in the public schools. No, they haven’t been attacking children with bats and knives, but with more subtle, insidious tools.
