That’s asking for the near-impossible in the short term and improbable in the medium-long term should Ohio hold its ground. There’s too much political baggage to clear.

it’s nearly impossible to successfully sue the sovereign authority at any level, be it the federal or local. read rousseau’s social contract for the grim details. however, it is also true that the sovereign should not rule or pass laws concerning any particular thing. That is why the constitution suggests what the government should not be, Barry, instead of what the government should be. It is not a negative charter, a sovereign of a civilized democracy is limited not omnipotent.
Fun to see the fourth branch of government giving demands to the other branches. Nice that all 4 branches are working in concert, instead of checking and balancing.
