My sentiments exactly. It’s in two clips, submitted for your approval below.
In case you’re keeping score, total number of Democrats thus far who’ve expressed even the tiniest reservations about Obama’s chumminess with this unrepentant piece of shinola: One.

What’s she gonna say:
“Sure, Pres Obama, we’ll dig up those 7 trillion feet of natural gas. Promise to try and not to have your Hamas fundraisers blow it up, will ya?”

Class – Damn it.
Just class.
Her husband is a lucky (and smart) man!!
jake-the-goose on November 12, 2008 at 5:35 PM
She wants to get America to take another step for energy independence. That’d be stupid for her to say, “Ya know, Wolf, I really can’t stand Obama, so no, I’m not going to work with him or the democrats for the good of the nation.”
hockey2k5 on November 12, 2008 at 5:35 PM
Class Act!
PappaMac on November 12, 2008 at 5:36 PM
Wolf is such a dweeb. Historical footnote question for you Wolf. Were those your questions or did someone write them for you?
I’m looking forward to the next time Wolf asks The One or Hillary whether they had any help writing their stuff.
BrianBoru on November 12, 2008 at 5:37 PM
I see the Ayers thing still bothers the MSM. Palin needs to start slamming this bailout **** though whilst she’s got this pulpit.
lodge on November 12, 2008 at 5:37 PM
America’s got a fevah…and the only cure is more Palin! I can see those 91% approval ratings rising a bit. Maybe they’ll even get as high as Palomino’s!
hoosiermama on November 12, 2008 at 5:38 PM
Great job by Sarah. No apologies, but no bitterness or craziness either.
james23 on November 12, 2008 at 5:39 PM
Maybe Sarah is heading for Washington sooner then we thought.

Abby Adams on November 12, 2008 at 5:39 PM
I hope the other GOP governors don’t get mad when their pedestrian speeches put people to sleep and Palin’s get replayed every hour.

CanadianGuy on November 12, 2008 at 5:40 PM
I so wish they had taken the clamps off of her from the beginning.
EconomicNeocon on November 12, 2008 at 5:40 PM
Totally agree. Get the public on your side for these ever increasing bailouts. And watch as 1 person sets Washington on it’s head
lorien1973 on November 12, 2008 at 5:41 PM
Finally Sarah can speak her mind without McCain aids checking her every move! She’s free!! Go Sarah!!

Sarah…will you marry me? Leave Todd! I’m here for you.
portlandon on November 12, 2008 at 5:43 PM
Someone help me out with this one…….did Kerry or Edwards give multiple interviews after they lost in 2004? Did the MSM even care about interviewing them? Neither of them were as magnetic as Sarah but I can’t remember if the media was panting to get to them.
sherry on November 12, 2008 at 5:43 PM
This is just a special special lady — we’re lucky to have her. God bless her.
Richard Romano on November 12, 2008 at 5:44 PM
Love that ALASKA sweater !!!!
BTW, did Wolfie ask her reaction to all the disgusting slurs aimed at HER during the campaign, or did he just want to nail her on what she said?

Excellent interview.
Has there ever been a candidate from the losing ticket get so much post election coverage? Nonetheless the losing ticket VP?
Who did she run with again? I forgot already….
Rockygold on November 12, 2008 at 5:44 PM
Does she know that Obama is a Universe unto himself?
He gave up being just a continent long ago.
Trying to steer this untested tyro toward a better presidency is all she can hope to do.
Or any one of us can.
profitsbeard on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM
Sarah has had such a great week, she is such a professional.
Firebird on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM
Sarah, there is one way for you to become president…switch parties to the Alaska Independence Party and secede from the United States!
SaintOlaf on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM
That’s right Governor, don’t back down an inch. You’re ready to move on, but if someone wants to talk about it, then pull up a chair. BRAVO!
Anyone notice Governor Palin is doing a lot of high profile interviews lately? Hmmm… wonder what that’s all about… and in not so friendly territory too (Greta aside).
Hog Wild on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM

Nah, then she looks like that idiot Obama saying that he was against the Iraq war to a bunch of cameras. He couldn’t vote on it, so who cares…..uh, wait….the American people voted for this idiot.
Okay, shoot away, Cuda!
HornetSting on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM
FREAKIN AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!
I Love her… she IS the genuine article… the Real Deal, and the MSM Elites are incontinent over her!
singlemalt_18 on November 12, 2008 at 5:45 PM
She is awesome.
Spirit of 1776 on November 12, 2008 at 5:46 PM
Perhaps a better choice of words would have been that she’s ready to help America if the terrorist’s friend will let her.
Ronnie on November 12, 2008 at 5:46 PM
She is classy and she just shamed the Obama administration into answering why they wouldn’t take her up on energy independence. What’s the odds he will ask her help for oil and natural gas. None.
I hope she hooks up with Mitt in 2012. Now, would that be a team, or what? Time to give Huckabee a little of his own medicine.
suzyk on November 12, 2008 at 5:46 PM
No. Sarah is a ratings machine, that’s why they are lining up to interview her. Bet Greta’s ratings are off the charts lately.
james23 on November 12, 2008 at 5:47 PM
Paglia. That’s two.
Jim Treacher on November 12, 2008 at 5:47 PM
Does Mr. Blitzer know about her “Wolf Thinning” project?
Elizabetty on November 12, 2008 at 5:47 PM
I just skimmed over it to get to what she said about Palin, but what did Paglia say?
ninjapirate on November 12, 2008 at 5:47 PM
I truly believe that Governor Palin should take up the torch of the conservative movement. Right now, she is the closest thing to a charismatic leader it has and I don’t think she needs to feel uncomfortable about upstaging Senator McCain any longer. In pursuit midterm victories in 2010, the charge will need to begin now and she already has fire in her engines. Hers can be among the chorus of voices required to communicate the basic set of conservative principles to the people.

Cool site, Canadian Guy.
Cameron’s “reasoning” was a cover for his reputation. I actually had to read it twice to figure out what he was trying to say. More crap.
sherry on November 12, 2008 at 5:48 PM
the reaction to Sarah Palin by the nation has been very fascinating.
listening to her talk about Caribou dogs and Moose Stew and how(and WHY) they hunt for their own food up there was very fascinating(on Greta last night).
I actually heard this feminist at work going nuts over Palin last week and she actually made the statement: “The only reason she has anything is because of her husband”. unreal
jp on November 12, 2008 at 5:48 PM
With Sarah getting all this media exposure in the last week, I get the giggles just thinking: Has anyone seen Joe Biden recently???
Always Right on November 12, 2008 at 5:48 PM
This is her best interview yet (substance and policy wise) and she doesn’t allow Blitzer to corner her at all.

Keep your powder dry Sarah – we are with you.
She has the MSM in her sights now and she will not be stopped.

jp on November 12, 2008 at 5:49 PM
If you watch the whole interview, she shamed him on his Iraq policy too. I’ll paraphrase: ‘We need to make sure that he surrounds himself with commanders who understand that he has the lives of our troops, the life of my son in his hands.’

Very nice. That’s why Wolf insisted the interview take place in Miami. Her choppers can’t reach him there.

BHO will never ask for Sarah’s help…are you kidding. He knows if she would have been running for Pres he’d be back on the south side of Chicago. He also knows that she will be the ONE to defeat him in 2012!! Be scared BHO…be very scared!!

You got to love this woman.
And you’ve got to wonder why no other Republicans can man up like this.
PrestoPundit on November 12, 2008 at 5:52 PM
It’s disgraceful that McCain hasn’t denounced the anonymous smearers who were working for him. I bought his book “Faith of the Fathers” a couple of weeks ago but now find I am having trouble finishing it.
Palin has really risen above it all. Smart of her take advantage of the opportunities to correct the record and to show people what she’s really made of.
ProfessorMiao on November 12, 2008 at 5:52 PM
That Ayers is almost as big a piece of garbage as Dohrn, and Paglia is mystified that the media cares less about their friendship with Obama than about Palin’s tanning regimen.

ousoonerfan15 on November 12, 2008 at 5:53 PM
Do you see the difference with how the Republicans act when we lose and how the democrats react when they lose? Palin is a class act, offering to help the President when she can. All I heard after the 2000 & 2004 election was how Bush was evil and how the dems would watch him like a hawk and work for their own agenda.
That doesn’t mean we will be schmucks and hail on bended knee to Obama, but we respect the office of the President. If Obama fail at national defense WE ALL FAIL.
Gov. Palin is one of Many GOP governors that are the true future of the party and for Conservative government. She leads by example. God I love this woman.
portlandon on November 12, 2008 at 5:54 PM
He’ll probably have Ariana Huff, that vicious Stephanie Miller and Kathleen Parker on afterwards to “analyze”. Those horrible women will make a nice stark contrast and they won’t even know it.

Imagine Obama’s daily fundraiser email to his 10 million followers:
Today, we face a grave danger with an opponent who has not quit. But with your support and your $35 donation, you’ll give me more money so I can figure out how I’m going to try to beat her in 2012. And you’ll get a free t-shirt.
Rockygold on November 12, 2008 at 5:57 PM
glad to see she doesn’t want to let the Obama/terrorist ties thing die with the end of the election.
over 4 yrs we should be able to get the message on Obama out, between his background and what he’s going to do the next 4 yrs surely we can turn many off of him
jp on November 12, 2008 at 5:57 PM
She also needs to position herself as a leader on enery when the opportunity arises. Obama has already planned to reverse Bush’s executive order to open up hundreds of thousands of acres of land in Utah for oil/gas drilling. She can hammer him on this boneheaded move and promote her own state’s energy reserves in the process. “Help us Help america” could be her battlecry against Obama.

Pretty funny, actually.
