Do you think wolves are vegetarians? They are all just sitting around eating salads? Arial hunting was done in order to restore some balance to either the elk or moose population-I forget which.
Yeah, I know we’d all love to live in a world where not a single thing ever gets killed but people, and animals, do have to eat something other than arugula.

I bet you have no problem with late term abortions though right? Nothing comes between a womans right to…oh, what’s the delicate term??…privacy. Yeah that’s it, “privacy”. Let’s at least call it what it is, ok? A womans right to choose her own convenience over the life of her baby.

Wow! This thread about 24 hours old and still hot...post-election. Me thinks we all need to get the pro-life argument once-again front and center. I was oh-so disappointed it was relegated to the back burner during the campaign. Let's get very vocal about this.
...And Warbaby??? A gentle kiss on your cheek, you nice, nice man!

Let us look at what "modern liberalism" does for the American people. It promotes the theory that most people are irresponsible and cannot do things on their own.

Abortion teaches that you do not have to be responsible for your actions. If it feels good do it type mentality. We will call it a "fetus" to remove any guilt of killing a "child."

Opposition to capital punishment means that there are "other forces" responsible for a person murdering or raping another person. The community, culture, or lack of parents are the cause and not the person themselves.

Our well meaning Social Security system means that the government needs to take some of your money for your retirement because you are not responsible enough to do it on your own. If you happen to die the day before your eligible, then the money goes to the government and not your family.

Now we are going to "Redistribute the Wealth" from those in our society who are responsible and in many cases have built up their wealth through hard work to many of those who are irresponsible with the money they do have (I make only $35k per year).

I am still waiting for that liberal program that teaches people to be more responsible and rely less on the government to be their parent.

I hunt. I love to hunt. Bow hunting most of all. White tail deer in PA.

You have never done anything except post that one video with the ancient hunting from the plane clips. It may be a new ad against the Governor, but those clips are at least 20 years old. They've used them on NG and Animal Planet forever.

Anyway, send me your address and I'll send you some venison jerky.

Cuz...

I'm trying to be bipartisan.

And never in the history of this country has the federal goverment GROWN more than it has the past 8yrs,Bush has BORROWED more and SPENT more than all the previous presidents COMBINED. Bush was handed a 250 billion dollar surplus and he turned that into a 500 billion deficit, not to mention that he also doubled the national debt so who’s the party of BIG GOVERMENT again?

He had to continually buy support from Congress for the wars. Had politicians come together, then the singular goal of victory would have ushered in the era of sacrifice Chris Matthews and others kept demanding. I wonder if Bush would have acted more like a conservative if his popularity hadn't been dragged down by an unpopular war that ultimately became his main focus.

I should be more appreciative of those who require me to involuntarily give of myself. For without them telling me I should support their nefarious ways I might have made the mistake of teaching them to fish instead of throwing fish at them as the government does. Thank you for pointing out my shortcomings, sir. I shall make more of an effort to thank those cashing their government checks at Walmart. I'm sure that they will appreciate my appreciation.

No one has ever explained to me how you lower taxes on people who don’t pay taxes.
If I pay zero, how do I pay less?
Somebody explain this math…

Apparently 59 million Americans don't even question this "math" - just like they don't question how in the hell Obama can offer all his proposed programs when people don't have jobs/income to pay taxes. Grrr! Were conservatives the only ones who paid attention in economics!? A poor person has NEVER given me a job. Ever. Grrr, I say!

You spew so much garbage, I could start with you defining the "Bush Doctrine", seeing as their are several, that would be pretty hard for you. Even Krauthamer who created the term doesn't know the definition now.
But on to more garbage...
You talk about "no child left behind", but tell me, in every major city for the past 40+years, what party has had control of the school districts? The democrats...not a good record to stand on, and certainly not one to cast dispersions as others try to correct the problems...oh yeah, and the teacher unions, democrat supporters all of them.
Well that destroyed two of your long list of stupid statements. I could do it to every one, but you are the one who posts long, foolish...we like to keep it honest and to the point...but how about one more, let's see, where is an easy one (their all easy, but a real easy one)...
Reagan...just one little note, the greatest expansion of small business by African-Americans in history...
Your post is a monument to stupidity...

I don't understand why you embolden which words you did. The emphasis doesn't make any sense to me. Could you repost you point and change the boldened part so it makes sense?

So either the beloved Sarah is spending $1K on handbags for her 7 year-old daughter or buying $50 knockoffs that are in violation of LV’s copyright.

Ann Coulter never pretends to be anything but a columnist. She is entitled to her opinion; as for her books, they are well researched.

Chris Matthews pretends to be a journalist while publicly stating that he is going to do whatever he can to promote and protect the Obama presidency.

Liberals have a lock on hypocrisy. You don’t even know what you stand for except in the most hysterical terms. You think you are for womens rights and then demonize a self-made working mother of 5 who rose to the ranks of governor. You think you are post-racial but frame every argument in terms of race. You think you are for liberty but cheer government mandates in every aspect of our lives.

Liberals are the most conflicted of all.

I'll adress all of this nonsense point by point:

(1)Ann Coulter never pretends to be anything but a columnist:
More like bomb thrower, and since she's only a columnist, then all the other people that are columnists are ok with you too? probably not since they're part of that evil MSM (Main Stream Media)

(2)Chris Matthews pretends to be a journalist while publicly stating that he is going to do whatever he can to promote and protect the Obama presidency.

Everybody at Fox News pretends to be journalists and if you think for a sec that they did everything they could to beat the drum for war, turned a blind eye to Bush's illegal spying on Americans and going out of their way to protect the Bush Admistration, where have you been the last 8yrs?

(3)Liberals have a lock on hypocrisy. You don’t even know what you stand for except in the most hysterical terms:

We know exactly what we stand for. Lower taxes for the middle class,a fair working wage, diplomacy and using military force only as a last resort, keeping American jobs here in America instead of shipping them overseas, health care for all americans and protecting a woman's right to choose which is the rule of law here in America.

YOU on the other hand want to continue the failed policies of the last 8yrs: Regan's "trickle-down" economics, give tax breaks to the super rich and the mega corporations and hope and pray some of it trickles down to the middle class, YOU want to continue the Bush Doctrine(which by the way,Sara Palin didn't even know what that was)of PRE-EMPTIVE WAR, going to war without all the facts or just trying to pull a con-job on the American people and sucker them into the idea that "war is good for business"

(4) You think you are for womens rights and then demonize a self-made working mother of 5 who rose to the ranks of governor:

I stand by what I said earier, and I can probably bet the morgage that Caribou Barbie isn't the only female governor in this country that has kids while in office.

(5) You think you are post-racial but frame every argument in terms of race.

You brought up race,not me

(6) You think you are for liberty but cheer government mandates in every aspect of our lives.

Liberals are the most conflicted of all.

George Bush is the KING of the unfunded goverment mandate. Remember "No Child Left Behind"? More like "All Children Left Behind in the ditch". And never in the history of this country has the federal goverment GROWN more than it has the past 8yrs,Bush has BORROWED more and SPENT more than all the previous presidents COMBINED. Bush was handed a 250 billion dollar surplus and he turned that into a 500 billion deficit, not to mention that he also doubled the national debt so who's the party of BIG GOVERMENT again?

Ahh, Vernon, judging from your posts you are a typical testosterone challenged liberal male who never made a gallant or chivalrous gesture in his life. You’ll never see a conservative male judge a 7 year old girl and you really will never see them having an opinion about a handbag.

Vern has an acute case of scrotal sack atrophy syndrome. The malady is marked by the need to attack 7 year old girls over the kind of handbag they own. They hang-out near schools and pick on little girls. It is not contagious. And the little girls end up kicking their asses during playground period.

I had the decision taken from me more than once, and in each of those instances I was told in advance that contraception was already taken care of. And by the way, it broke my heart every time, probably more so since I had already had a child taken from me by a feminist wife wanting “freedom”.

My deepest sympathies to the women on this thread who were manipulated into abortions, and my gratitude and admiration for the courage you’ve shown in sharing how you feel about it.

The great Phyllis Shlafly wrote about this in the context of the movie "Juno".
Here's the link http://www.eagleforum.org/column/2008/mar08/08-03-19.html

And here's an example of what she says:

The theme of this movie isn't love, romance, or respect for life, but the triumph of feminist ideology, i.e., the irrelevancy of men, especially fathers. The men in the movie are likable, but marginalized; beyond their sperms and their paychecks, they have no value worth considering, and can be thrown overboard by independent women and girls.
