Abortion teaches that you do not have to be responsible for your actions. If it feels good do it type mentality. We will call it a “fetus” to remove any guilt of killing a “child.”

Opposition to capital punishment means that there are “other forces” responsible for a person murdering or raping another person. The community, culture, or lack of parents are the cause and not the person themselves.

Our well meaning Social Security system means that the government needs to take some of your money for your retirement because you are not responsible enough to do it on your own. If you happen to die the day before your eligible, then the money goes to the government and not your family.

Now we are going to “Redistribute the Wealth” from those in our society who are responsible and in many cases have built up their wealth through hard work to many of those who are irresponsible with the money they do have (I make only $35k per year).

I am still waiting for that liberal program that teaches people to be more responsible and rely less on the government to be their parent.

Bush was handed a 250 billion dollar surplus and he turned that into a 500 billion deficit,not to mention that he also doubled the national debt so who’s the party of BIG GOVERMENT again?

Had politicians come together, then the singular goal of victory would have ushered in the era of sacrifice Chris Matthews and others kept demanding. I wonder if Bush would have acted more like a conservative if his popularity hadn’t been dragged down by an unpopular war that ultimately became his main focus.

I should be more appreciative of those who require me to involuntarily give of myself. For without them telling me I should support their nefarious ways I might have made the mistake of teaching them to fish instead of throwing fish at them as the government does. Apparently 59 million Americans don’t even question this “math” – just like they don’t question how in the hell Obama can offer all his proposed programs when people don’t have jobs/income to pay taxes. Ahh, Vernon, judging from your posts you are a typical testosterone challenged liberal male who never made a gallant or chivalrous gesture in his life. You’ll never see a conservative male judge a 7 year old girl and you really will never see them having an opinion about a handbag.

Vern has an acute case of scrotal sack atrophy syndrome. The malady is marked by the need to attack 7 year old girls over the kind of handbag they own. They hang-out near schools and pick on little girls. It is not contagious. And the little girls end up kicking their asses during playground period.

I had the decision taken from me more than once, and in each of those instances I was told in advance that contraception was already taken care of. And by the way, it broke my heart every time, probably more so since I had already had a child taken from me by a feminist wife wanting “freedom”.

My deepest sympathies to the women on this thread who were manipulated into abortions, and my gratitude and admiration for the courage you’ve shown in sharing how you feel about it.
