Video: Obama’s attack ad on … Obama

Mary Katharine Ham has collected a number of Barack Obama’s contradictory statements, and proved once again that Team McCain could have used her as a captain. This, truly, is change you can believe in:

In an earlier age, this kind of backtracking would sink a candidacy. Think, for instance, of John Kerry and his flip-flops just four years ago. Barack Obama turned them into an art form and somehow managed to fool a whole lot of people into thinking it looked presidential.

We could have used a 30-second spot with these a few weeks ago, before and after the financial crisis hit.  Unfortunately, one 30-second spot couldn’t have possibly covered the breadth of Obama’s contradictions on the stump. The big one, on Iran, did manage to make it into one of the final spots of the McCain campaign last week.  Let’s hope it sinks into the minds of the undecided voters.

Update: MKH sends a new mix to replace the old.

In any other age this guy would be laughed off the national stage.

Ole Red is amazed. But I found Joe Biden. He’s in possum peter Arkansas talkin’ about girly girls or girly boys. The only good thing about an Obama presidency is that we’ll have stupid Joe to laugh at until the one finds him too embarassing and kicks him under the bus.

Well I guess Lincoln has been proven right: you can fool some of the people some of the time…

Obama- it isn’t a lie if the media doesn’t care.

THE only truth in this election from the Dem side.

profitsbeard on November 3, 2008 at 7:58 PM

Is there any one place to link, where we can just get MKH articles, without shuffling thru the other writers? She’s really something.

Tanya on November 3, 2008 at 8:00 PM

OK….Someone answer this. If Obambi wins what is our next step?dangitt

Watch the demons from hell unleashed from around the world, financial collapse, famine, many earthquakes and a partridge in a pear tree. Lock & load, keep your powder dry.

Wow, why isn’t this video playing on TV stations in all the battlestates?

NORUK on November 3, 2008 at 8:12 PM

So you’re a Farker too, huh? One of a dying breed, if so. I got banned from Fark for espousing my conservative leanings. - -o0- on November 3, 2008 at 7:11 PM

Getting banned is never a good thing.

Great video montage. I’m finding it hard to wrap myself around this country voting in such a far lefty…I have a strange faith that the polls are dead wrong. I see an upset victory tomorrow night. Could America really buy Obama’s dance?

baruchadam on November 3, 2008 at 8:13 PM

Aww don’t get all butthurt. ManlyRash can speak for himself. Literally. heh -o0- on November 3, 2008 at 7:13 PM

That is what the Drive-By media would like you believe. They will do everything in thei power to make you stay home and despair that all is lost. Don’t listen to them.

Go and vote for McCain. Get others to the polls to vote for McCain. Don’t listen to the media for the next 24 hours. Ignore the polls.

Then prepare to celebrate a McCain victory tomorrow night.

And on Wednesday, come here and thank me.

ManlyRash on November 3, 2008 at 8:16 PM

I just sent this to my best friend who has totally depressed my by announcing her support of The One. It’s hard for me to type that. We stopped talking about politics several weeks ago because I was actually beginning to think I couldn’t be friends with someone that votes for him anymore…and I didn’t want that to happen to us since we’ve been friends since elementary school.

Anyhow, I told her it was my last ditch effort to get her to change her mind. I hope it works! *Prays*

ConMom,

Don’t dispair your friendship. Just go out and convince two other un-decideds to vote for McCain and tell your friend you talked some one into cancelling her vote plus 1.

Problem solved.

Well, it was a few years ago. Reagan had just died, and the thread was anything but respectful. I crossed the line by respecting the man. Until that moment, I’d put up with the leftards in exchange for some awesome links (and photoshop threads - maybe some of my PS’s are still there, I dunno)… but I was upset and came out of the Fark closet. lol

129 present votes in the Illinois Senate, 143 days in the U.S. Senate, and he says “running a successful campaign” qualifies as executive experience.

Sad thing is conservative voices like Lawrence Eagleberger, Kathleen Parker and Peggy Noonan see the pedigreed Harvard Law Obama as more qualified than the University of Idaho educated Governor of Alaska.

Being the Editor of the Harvard Law Review makes one qualified to do what exactly? How many Harvard graduates have you met who have any concept of how the real world works? Color me not impressed. These could be four very long years.

When I go to TownHall, her peices are there.
Touchy night for all of us, eh ??
No biggie.

WHOA !! No sarcasm implied !!

Sorry, I must’ve just read you wrong.

She’s writing at the Weekly Standard, and she’s had some really good pieces lately — but I never them unless someone links them, because they get shuffled in with everyone else’s. I wish they’d have individual links for authors.

I think they probably do, actually, and I just haven’t figured out where.

Tanya on November 3, 2008 at 9:29 PM

OK, I’ll own up to a MY BAD.. hehe.
I listen to local talk radio, via: http://ksky.townhall.com/
Her pieces have been listed on the right, for a long while, so I expected you could find them there. If no longer, I apologize.
We’re good. :-)
I’ll go try to find her at the Weekly Standard, then.
Thanks.

Ladies and gentlemen I give you the next President of the United States Barry Urkle.

Bald Igle on November 3, 2008 at 10:47 PM

Have faith in the American people. They may not know as much as we who have followed this more closely do, or have as detailed a picture (who could, given what the MSM has allowed people to hear?), but they have seen enough. They have a smorgasbord of bad things to choose from, that they have heard about, or have seen in action for themselves.

Americans do not LIKE to be told who to vote for. They don’t like being expected to worship a leader. They don’t like being put in a position of fearing ruination for asking a politician a question. And they don’t like being put down as inferior rubes.

Have faith in them. Have faith in the system, even, much as it has been assaulted by A.C.O.R.N. and the like.

I’ve looked into the maw of the worst that could happen and come out the other side with new faith and cheer. I have a feeling that sooner or later - and I hope sooner - our problem won’t be fearing this man, but feeling sorry for him, and hoping he manages to save a little dignity and face.

Because the American people are beginning to see that this emperor wears no clothes.

GO VOTE. Don’t let your fellow Americans down!

Alana on November 4, 2008 at 12:27 AM

I am severely optimistic about tomorrow. Americans can’t be this naive. I am still shocked that Obama made it this far. What does it say about us when we insist that plumbers have verified experience before they can advance in their career but our presidential candidates…?? This has been like some alternate universe. I’ll certainly be glad when it’s over. BTW, thanks for the open registration!
