check put this guy!
Yuri Bezmenov Explains Soviet Strategy for Subversion in the USA

it’s an interview if a KGB defector, Yuri Bezmenov that explains the stages of Communist subversion in the United States. The interview is from the 80′s but he has predicted everything in such detail that it’s frightening.

The nomination of Obama is the high point of a very long process that has started generations ago. This interview puts everything into perspective.

We cubans can smell a communist rat from far

tocoloro on November 3, 2008 at 1:53 PM

Welcome to Hot Air. I’m not Cuban but I can still smell a communist rat from afar.

I found a letter to an editor from a Cuban guy who fled Cuba just after Castro’s onslaught there; the guy’s story was incredibly moving, also scary should Obama take the White House, what with the similarities.

I hope you’ll share more over the coming weeks/months from your unique perspective.

Hey everyone. It’s a little slow typing with my fingers crossed.

70Novafan on November 3, 2008 at 4:17 PM

Corvettelady – I’m like you. I was also going to vote 3rd Party. And living in Wisconsin, I realize that would have had the effect of casting a virtual double-vote, one of them for the 58 State Messiah.

I can’t speak for you, but when McCain picked Palin, that showed me he will take my Conservative beliefs seriously. I’ve been on board with Team McCain since.

When those polls open up at 7AM tomorrow, I will be at the door, waiting to cast my ballot for both Senator McCain, and my buyout rejecting Representative Tom Petri for Congress.

Also, unfortunately, I will be unable to watch the returns of the Election Tuesday Night. I work 3rd Shift. But I will be eagerly logging on to this site every chance I get to watch the immenent McCain/Palin victory.

Shoregulls, I certainly agree that many are too blind to see what is really going on and when they finally realize what happened it will be too late, then we’re finished.

My husband, youngest daughter (our oldest 3 daughters are working & living on their own will remain behind) & I will also be joining the many NJ folks who have already left the state to move to New Hampshire next summer if we can sell our house in the spring-keeping my fingers crossed.

Corvette, we have thought about moving also, but you realize we are going to be paying an exit tax in this state to leave and if BO, gets his way and Corzine, we are going to be paying capital gains on our home? We have thought about VA, we have also thought about NH, but we are now, at a loss on what to even consider.

We are fortunate that our property is still holding strong, we are located at the shore and for that I’m very thankful, but I don’t want to be taxed twice in order to get out.

I wish you luck on the sale of your home and I love NH, when I was younger I use to attend summer camp there.

To the poster beneath you, yes, I’ve just realized it’s a glitch in the system. Thank you.

Yay! I’m finally in! I have been lurking here for several months now. I love reading all of your insightful posts and comments. It always makes be feel better to know there are still people left like me who are impervious to the Obama propaganda machine.

I already cast my vote for McCain/Palin in early voting here in red-state Arkansas. I heard Rush today saying no one should count out the PUMAs just yet — a woman scorned, and all of that ;o) — and I have to say, I know it’s only anecdotal evidence, but I count many PUMAs among my friends here and they are salivating at the prospect of voting for McCain and Palin over The One. Of course Clinton loyalty plays a big part, but I have to believe there are other voters like them across the country feeling disenfranchised who can’t wait to send a big fat message to Obama and the DNC. I think it’s still possible for us to pull this out. And you know, I like that the MSM keeps citing all these 10-point leads for Obama. It will only energize the Republicans to get out and vote (fear is a great motivator and I know he terrifies me!) and hopefully, the Dems will get lazy and complacent and just stay home. :o))))

Glad to be here and look forward to posting with you all. :o)

njpines on November 3, 2008 at 4:42 PM

Yes Shoregulls, knew about the $2,000 exit tax I believe we have to pay….a way to punish us folks to move out of NJ…just disgusting. Yes, also knew about the capital tax gains also. Just getting too expensive to live here and like you, I also live right on the Shore.
My husband & I looked at VA, W. VA, AZ & NH and decided on NH because it seems financially wise, the cheapest place to live in our retirement years. We’ve also attended The Free State Project in NH and that sealed our decision to live there. We’ve already bought 10 acres of property, so just waiting until we sell this house to build new house there. Here’s the link for you to view:
