The real communist movement in the US really started after the second World War. The primary effort by comunism was to infiltrate american universities with communist professors to brain wash american students. We are now seeing that their effort was a sucess. Many americans are now US haters and really want a communist society in the country.

Bwahahahaha! Ok, this cracked me up. But also made me just a little sad. I think of people I know. Normally intelligent, literate people. Who are voting for this…er…candidate. This little commercial so represents their approach to the lemming syndrome. All the kids and first time voters who have swallowed the hype. My best friend is not voting. And I actually respect her for it (I didn’t realize she was unregistered until after the deadline). She admits that she doesn’t know enough to vote intelligently, so she exericises her right not to vote. I’d rather have 100 people like her than all the masses of morans who registered at free concerts so they can vote for the candidate that hired the people signing them up. Sigh. Here’s to hoping that this “limited time offer” expires before we’re all stuck with an inferior product and no warrentee.

My seven year old is such a political hound. She polled her speech group of 5 seven year olds, 3 for McCain and 2 for Obama. In the primary my daughter wanted me to vote for Hilliary. I guess she’s a future Puma!

I am watching Sarah-Cuda on Fox news right now. She is a great inspiration of what we have to look forward to in 2012. Although I was originally a Fred-head, then a Romniac (who I voted 4 in the primaries), I am pleased with the Maverick’s choice.
I am constantly asked if I still believe McCain can win and I say “HELL YEAH!!!” Just look at his past!! This war hero is like a cat!! I think he’s pretty much used up 5 of his 9 lives left??
Being a 3rd generation Democrat, this CA voter was real grateful we had a Republican in the oval office on 911. I converted from D to R in 2004, disappointed some family & friends, but I haven’t looked back.
I want to thank all of you who have educated me and made me laugh out loud in front of the screen.
I especially want to thank ManlyRash for my daily pep talk. He’s exactly what the doctor ordered: “Read MR’s last posting and call me in the morning” :)

My 9 year old came home from school Friday and said they had a Pres.Election. He was happy as could be and kept saying over and over, “I can’t believe McCain won 363 votes and Obama won 146 votes!” I knew who he was going to vote for and it was not Mr.146! I said,”Believe it!”

reddxero on November 3, 2008 at 2:59 PM
I would like to take a moment from my day to thank the MSM. (Waiting for laughter to die down). Seriously. I come from an extremely conservative family that has been shouting “Media Bias!” from the rooftops for a number of years. I was always able to ignore it for the most part. But the coverage of this election cycle has been so unabashedly slanted that it finally woke my complacent butt up. I have had a subscription to Newsweek since college. I used it to at least keep up on current events. But even I could not ignore their glowing coverage of “The One”. Blech. The issue supposedly covering the RNC had about 8 pages devoted to the convention…and immediately following was another puff piece about Obama’s childhood.
I’m thrilled! It took them cramming this..er…candidate down my throat for me to close my mouth, turn my head and say “No, thank you”. Had the coverage on Palin been even close to unbiased I may not have turned off the TV and run screaming to my computer to Google everything I could think of about this election. But no…I got reports on the debate detailing what Palin wore and what Biden said.
So…thank you MSM. It was because of your blatent pandering and dumbing down of the news that compelled me to turn off the TV and turn on my brain.
And thank you HA for pointing me in the right direction!

All may not be lost! I live in the infamous Cuyahoga county in Ohio and a half hour ago while returning home from grocery shopping saw my first McCain/Palin lawn sign. Obama signs are like grass on the lawns around here. My daughter laughed when I said, “Did you see that?” Then seven houses down was a second sign!!! I’m normally a rational person but for right now, I’m hoping it’s an omen.

I’m not sure if you guys have seen this yet but apparently Obamov’s concession speech was leaked to the LA Times. Why they’d post this and not release the Khalidi tape I don’t understand, but here it is: http://hillbuzz.wordpress.com/2008/11/03/breaking-obamas-concession-speech-leaked/
“My fellow people of the world, honestly…you’ve been duped. I’ve spent the past two years holding my chin up, cocking my head slightly, speaking in measured tones with great seriousness, practicing the choreographed body language of a supremely-confident leader. Frankly, I never really thought you’d buy it. But the crowds kept getting bigger, thanks to pre-speech concerts by top recording artists and celebrity endorsements. After a while, even I started to believe that I could bring change to Washington D.C., and bring hope to your pathetic lives.”

No, S, it wasn’t Politico. It wasn’t a politics forum at all. That was part of what was so startling about it. I’d been surrounded by these same people for years, and all of a sudden they were revealing this hateful and, I must say, bloodthirsty side.
It has really done a number on me. I don’t think I will ever trust people quite the same away again, which is a shame. What they did is what led me to sites like this, to try to find some sort of voice of reason somewhere. And I’m so happy to finally be able to post here.
Having explained all that, let me say I am NOT an Eeyore. Line up all the polls and call me crazy, but I’m not only hopeful for a McCain win, I won’t be at all surprised if we get it.
I mean, it’s only rational. Since when was this a country full of socialists, commies, radicals, and terrorists?
A special thanks going out to all the PUMAs. I’ve been lurking their sites, too. I knew what they said had been done to Hillary, but I thought it was just a lot of overwrought stuff from some overly dedicated and impassioned fans.
After what happened to Palin – which surprised the CRAP out of me! – I realized they were probably telling the truth. Looked into it some more, and realized that lo and behold, they had been. And before them, there was what Obama did to those running against him in Illinois.
Those PUMAs are patriotic people – which I used to think all the Democrats were – who want to preserve our liberties. And they are a force to be reckoned with, too, and a huge loss to what passes for the Democratic party now.
