Nice job with the cut and hack, had you bothered to grasp the meaning of Unless she is identified as the source of the leaked material you wouldn’t be tossing around the high and mighty Un-authorized use crap. Viewing a file is not considered use, it maybe inappropriate but its not illegal. The reporter who “broke” the story should be hauled into court and asked to name the source or face contempt charges.

The entire episode seems rather Orwellian. Joe the Plumber has the temerity to ask a question of Barack Obama, only after Obama approached Joe. For this crime of sudden notoriety — and because Obama gave an embarrassing answer that has plagued him for weeks — Jones-Kelley ran several checks to see whether she could have him arrested.

And this is only the beginning, the tip of the iceberg, if Obama is elected. Richard Nixon’s famous “enemies list” – and Hillary Clinton’s FBI Filegate, will have had NOTHING on Obama if he is elected. Anyone who opposes him . . . I don’t even want to think about it.

It will stand. The sad fact is that no Republican has the cojones to go after these people. Yes, they’ll talk a lot and whine a lot and complain a lot. But they won’t actually DO something about it. So these things WILL, in fact, happen repeatedly. And we’ll talk about it during the Obama Presidency like we do about illegal immigration and building the fence and Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean. It’s always a rarity to see things like what happened during Shamnesty when we shut down capital hill’s phone system. Won’t happen in this case, you can bet on that. Probably won’t happen at all in the next 4 years.

What Ms. Jones-Kelly admits to is not illegal. Unless she is identified as the source of the leaked material no charges can be filed. What she did is highly questionable from both an ethical and professional perspective and some type of administrative action is called for. She is a hack and deserves to be treated as such. Those that downplay or ignore the racial component of her actions need to wake up, take off the rose colored glasses and above all pry their head out of their ass.

Oh it is total bs. But the Blade made the $150K on clothing a two day front page story. And even their ombudsman defended the media going after Joe the Plumber, snidely saying “incidentally, his real name is Samuel J. Wurzelbacher”. conveniently omitting the “Joseph” or that many people use their middle name.

Then again, this is Marcy Kaptur’s district, so what else can one expect.

Still no news in the paper about Dear Leader Obamassiah’s credit card ~~fraud~~ mistakes.
