BadgerHawk on October 30, 2008

I will repeat: As a Catholic, I view Obama Catholics as similar to NAMBLA Catholics (please, no jokes about pedophile priests). Truly a WTF moment! Any Catholic who votes for that infaticide-loving freak is a putrid stain on the church and should find one that suits them better. I hear the scientologists are recruiting.

In other news…the Economist’s made their endorsement…

of Barack Obama.

Of all the media outlets, I trust their judgement and even-handedness most of all. They publish the most well thought out, factual magazine/newspaper out there…and they endorse obama.

The Economist is also a Chinese kowtowing rag. Laura Ingraham has picked apart many an article from the Economist touting the hyperbolic (ernesto's favorite word) rise of China. The next great economic power, oooohhh, all hail China. Just like Obama, "China has better infrastructure than we do." Laughable. I read the Economist on occasion. Used to subscribe. It is not unworthy of a read, but I'm not basing my vote on what a bunch of Brits say. I'll get my info. from many sources, thank you.

Sources: Sarkozy views Obama stance on Iran as 'utterly immature'

French President Nicolas Sarkozy is very critical of U.S. presidential candidate Barack Obama's positions on Iran, according to reports that have reached Israel's government.

Sarkozy has made his criticisms only in closed forums in France. But according to a senior Israeli government source, the reports reaching Israel indicate that Sarkozy views the Democratic candidate's stance on Iran as "utterly immature" and comprised of "formulations empty of all content."

I thought it was the job of KKKarl Rove, the Magnificent Bastard, to generate international crises to help his preferred candidate. After all, isn't he the one that convinced Bin Laden to release that tape right before the 2004 election?

Funny how that "unproven" missile defense system managed to shoot down an uncontrolled satellite traveling faster than a ballistic missile with no heat source. If that satellite had landed in San Francisco, Obama would have to deal with lots of bitter people.

Obama wants to cut spending on "unproven" missile defense against "tiny" non-threatening countries like Iran, so he can use the money to build his "civilian national security force" against those EEEEEEEVIL Republicans who dare to speak ill of His Imperial Highness.

We know his middle name is Hussein. Is his first name Saddam?

do you think thats a good thing? that most of this country’s reading level so low they can’t read their headlines, let alone the actual articles?

Ummm... do we really want to start a thread about the teacher's union? I would be delighted to share my experiences in public school... not sure it will reinforce a "let's elect the most liberal guy possible" position, however.

There are 'ways'...ahem...to make sure guns never fall into the hands of the federales.

It's amazing what you can do with some PVC and a bucket of coffee grounds.

Just in case anyone is interested in the Economist's past endorsements, here it is.

If you want a chuckle, read the non-endorsement of 1988. Here's a classic quote: "It is not that Mr Bush and Mr Dukakis are rapscallions."

Rapscallions?

Bwahahaha!

Crumpet anyone?

The Civilian Security corps will be around to “check on your weapons,” Grue. Just to make sure they’re clean, of course. They’ll exchange them for a video-arcade gift card or a worthless piece of bling.

It will only cause problems if you resist Obama’s Will.

I'm just getting my first gun this month/next month. It will be a real disappointment to have it taken away so soon. I might just have to be a problem.
