As he came in from the cold and took off his coat, I went up to greet him. He responded warmly, and volunteered, “Hey, I’m sorry I haven’t said more about Palestine right now, but we are in a tough primary race. Tie that in with this tape. LA Times by not releasing the tape, may of done more against Obama than releasing it. All the other stuff did not stick, this likely would not of stuck also. By them withholding it, it became news. With them withholding it, it makes it seem like they are hiding something, protecting Obama.

Just my thoughts on two incidents that in some was are parallel.

FOX News (via Hot Air) reports that the LA Times is still refusing to let the video of Obama attending a dinner held by Rashid Khalidi. McCain and Palin have spoken out against them for witholding it:…

In making his weak points, he never uses Canada or life in Canada as a reference–which is something most Cananidians often do, often as a way of demonstrating that they are distinct from America and Americans

The organization was started back in the ’60′s I believe, to further the cause of democracy in Cuba, and elsewhere. It has very noble motives.

Dave disappears and comes back with the newest talking points from his master. He’s a shill. This is probably the worst two weeks for the Obamessiah of his whole campaign, and you have all his flunkys like Dave desperately running around trying to put out the fires.

Yep, that’s what I’m thinkin’. Handed the LAT a ticking bomb is what that particular candidate did, and they couldn’t resist playing a little peek-a-boo. I assume the LAT is looking at history of aforementioned candidate’s possible association with past administrations and really, really, really, does want to protect itself. Doesn’t mean Debbie is wrong about the original source, but there was no incentive for the source to pass it to the media. OTOH, aforementioned candidate could have purchased it.

Apparently you don’t understand degrees of separation. Giving a grant (for Afhgan freedom) to an organization that was started by Ibrahim Abu Lughod, Abdul Latif Akel, Hisham Awartani,Sa’id Kan’an,Rashid Khalidi,Raja Shehadeh, Khalil Shakaki,(and 7 other trustees,so out of 14, you have one defect) and still funded after Khalidi was kicked out… is miles apart from sitting at a table honoring him, while a poet is “damning” the existence of Israel, and breaking bread with two notorious anti-American terrorists who killed American citizens (not military, but citizens) and attempted to kill many others.

The LA Times still is refusing to release an incriminating video of Obama toasting with Rashid Khalidi and Bill Ayers at a Jew-bashing dinner. Can you image if Foxnews did the same for McCain?
