Video: Could there be … a Bio-Dome II?

posted at 6:20 pm on October 21, 2008 by Ed Morrissey

My friend Kevin McCullough appeared on Fox’s “Strategy Room” today with his other radio partner, actor Stephen Baldwin. SR is a less formal show webcasted in the morning, really more like a poker game with microphones and without cards. Baldwin and McCullough have fun with the cast and crew of SR, and Baldwin says he and Pauly Shore may be talking sequel:

Looks like everyone had a great time. Don’t forget to get your copy of Kevin’s book, The Kind of Man Every Man Should Be: Taking a Stand for True Masculinity.

originalpechanga on October 21, 2008 at 6:24 PM

Please don’t say Pauly Shore. I get epileptic convulsions.

TexasDan on October 21, 2008 at 6:25 PM

BioDome II: The Alaska Project, Starring Stephan Balwin, Pauly Shore and Sarah Palin as herself as the Field Dressing Alaskan woman who saves their funky butts!

upinak on October 21, 2008 at 6:27 PM

Hey, Baaa-Deee
You, like got fat and I got bald.

RobCon on October 21, 2008 at 6:28 PM

Pauly Shore: Hollywood’s answer to a question no one asked.

TexasDan on October 21, 2008 at 6:25 PM

You said Dan, Pauly shore is a talentless POS for sure, never thought he was funny, evah!

When I worked for Arizona State University some university organization had booked him to help raise some money for their cause (can’ remember what it was) and as it turned out he took all the money (not just his agreed fee) and left them holding the bag!

What a loser!

Liberty or Death on October 21, 2008 at 6:35 PM

Bio-Dome 2? It’s about time!

JetBoy on October 21, 2008 at 6:36 PM

That’s it, we ARE in the End Times.

Mr. Joe on October 21, 2008 at 6:37 PM

I guess the “Threesome” sequel is out of the question?

Rick on October 21, 2008 at 6:39 PM

Pauly Shore
ManlyRash on October 21, 2008 at 6:31 PM

I just threw up a little bit in my mouth.

cryptojunkie on October 21, 2008 at 6:42 PM

Bio Dome II? No! no! no! no! no! Hell no!

thekingtut on October 21, 2008 at 6:42 PM

Pauly Shore STILL alive?

I thought he left us back in the comedy rich ’90′s.

Over.

1GooDDaDDy on October 21, 2008 at 6:43 PM

I like Stephen Baldwin but Bio Dome II ??? He should have been in An American Carol as his brother Alec. That would have been funny.

D0WNT0WN on October 21, 2008 at 6:44 PM

Ed, please… do. not. torture. us.

What have we done to you???

Make it go away!

upinak on October 21, 2008 at 6:45 PM

I… liked Biodome.

I was 13, please don’t beat me. But I remember thinking it was very funny. And count me in as also being surprised Pauly Shore is still around, and not a skeleton holding a bong lost on the West Coast.

Anna on October 21, 2008 at 6:48 PM

Great. Then we can look forward to sequels to Son-In-Law, Jury Duty, and In The Army Now.

…I think the concept of Obama being president is actually less scary than the above.

MadisonConservative on October 21, 2008 at 6:50 PM

Never heard of it. I spared myself some suffering I take? Never heard of Pauly Shore either.

*eats*

Grue in the Attic on October 21, 2008 at 6:50 PM

The only goodness BioDome contributed was Kylie Minogue, Joey Lauren Adams and Teresa Hill.

Then you are lucky. I hurled chunks over the keyboard. And I don’t mean residential chunks…I’m talking the industrial strength chunks.

Which reminds me of a joke…

This guy stumbles into his regular hangout in the middle of the day and ambles up the the bar.

The bartender asks, “”What’s up?”

The guy, still hung over, says, “Oh man, what a night. I got totally plastered, staggered back to my apartment, and blew chunks.”

The bartender says,”Hey, that happens all the time. Don’t sweat it.”

The guy says, “You don’t understand…Chunks is my dog.”

ManlyRash on October 21, 2008 at 6:52 PM

And the thread stops on the joke and with everyone reading it saying ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Grue in the Attic on October 21, 2008 at 6:56 PM

Never saw the first BioDome. Did it win an Oscar?

Tell me about it. The problem is that I usually come without warning.

Pauly Shore…the rich man’s Carrot Top.

fusionaddict on October 21, 2008 at 7:21 PM

I like Stephen Baldwin. I think he is a true Bible-believing Christian. Here’s one his Christian Movies. It’s an End Times thriller:

SIX – The Mark Unleashed

1GooDDaDDy on October 21, 2008 at 6:43 PM

Pauly Shore is Dead.

Hate to admit this, but I actually enjoyed the movie.

Ugly on October 21, 2008 at 7:57 PM

Am I the only one that though Pauly Shore was funny?

BTW, I’ve never seen Bio Dome. I may have to watch it now.

- The Cat

P.S. Kevin needs to apologize for his slammage of Bill and Ted. (Bill and Ted 2 never existed)

MirCat on October 21, 2008 at 8:50 PM

Uh, Mircat? It was called Bill And Ted’s Bogus Journey I think.

SIX – The Mark Unleashed

I saw that movie. My mother was a private piano teacher and one of the families that she taught was that Geoff Ludlow, one of the film’s producers. It was filmed locally too.
