But yes, good to hear there shall be more BN. They just seemed to finish the season over here randomly in the middle of it. I don’t know.

Far Cry 2 looks good – seems like STALKER done right, in which case why call it Far Cry? Fallout 3 looks terrific, although after watching a rolling in-game demo.. I do have a few reservations. But I do hope it turns out to be fantastic. Only time will tell..

I believe they said they’ve got new episodes hitting in November. it’s a pretty good show…wasn’t sure about the lead at first but he grows on you..but I always look forward to Bruce.
Yeah..it’s a good time to be a tv nut and a gamer…Burn Notice in November and the 24 mini movie. Next week: Far Cry 2 hits, and the week after Fallout 3. Sucks that business is so slow right now I’ll probably be out of a job, but at least I’ll be entertained.

Don’t get too worked up, folks. I love Bruce but he supported Clinton and there’s more than a passing chance he’s an Obambi supporter.

That said, should he suddenly go on TV and proclaim how awesome Barry is and how much he hates Palin, get ready for Allah to post on it.

Now, should Bruce actually endorse McCain, that would win the whole election right there.

Brisco County, Jr. was great, but the sci-fi angle was too goofy. It would have made an excellent straight-up western.

I actually met Bruce at the world premier of Bubba Ho-Tep in Las Vegas. I was driving all night from SoCal and my eyes were really bloodshot, so I wore sunglasses when I was waiting in line for the movie. I asked if I could get a picture with him and he replied “sure, if you take off those stupid sunglasses!” hahah! totally Bruce. Then I asked him to sign my limited edition Army of Darkness DVD and he said “yeah, like I’ve never seen one of these before”.. THEN, I pulled out one of his books to sign, and he grabbed it and yelled “what edition is this? FIFTH EDITION! YOU CHEAP BASTARD!”

This was the greatest day of my life.

They -McCain/Palin, haven’t been on, and Imus has brought the subject up. …. Bernie has been calling the McCain/Palin Campaign, they keep telling him they are booked up. Imus makes no secret, he is supporting McCain. Donald Trump and T Boone Pickens were on this morning.

Do you think McCain is steering clear because of the women’s basketball team thing? If so, that seems silly.

What struck me was how negative Imus was about Palin until he saw her convention speech — then he seemed to understand her. I only saw a couple shows this summer (around the time of the convention) — has he maintained his converted enthusiasm for Palin?

Anyway, I agree with you that Imus’ audience represents an important demographic. I think he appeals to a lot of what I call “Western independents” — dems and independents who have a core belief in self-sufficiency and would probably love Palin if they got to know her.
