I’m genuinely concerned that Biden could be one heartbeat away from the Presidency. He’s had more than his share of senior moments.

But I suppose I shouldn’t be too hard on him. After all he’s never really held a real job, so it’s no surprise that he’d not know how many letters are in the word ‘jobs’.

God love him.

I’m guessing that Biden and Barack Obama both consider BS to be one letter, which makes sense after seeing how much they toss it around on the campaign trail.

If a VP Biden resigned, wouldn’t the “chain of command” (and yeah it is the one Obama will be beating us with) kick in and Pelosi would get the empty spot (Pres>Veep>Speaker)?

No. The President nominates a replacement, to be confirmed by majority votes in both Houses of Congress. (25th Amendment)

The Speaker only becomes Acting President if botht he President and the Vice President are out of the picture.

Has any one asked Obama about Joe attributing this to Obama? Maybe Obama thinks JOBS is a three letter word. Then again, mayber he’ll throw Joe under the bus.
