My nephew deploys to S.K. in Feb. for a 1 year stint. It'd be nice if this trend, if true, continues. I won't hold my breath.

Thanks to Gullible George, Li'l Kim has bought himself enough time to wait until Osama Obama takes office.

Then, Kim can play The Messiah like a fish on a line and get away -- literally -- with murder.

Don't worry, come February 2009 Dear Leader Obamassiah will meat with Dear Leader Kim Jong-Il. Then NK will export a large number of its portrait painters to the US.

The goal should be to make sure that NK not only stops its own proliferation, but also stops selling the equipment and know-how to others (Syria, Iran, and any other terrorist regime that is willing to pay).

By removing NK from the list of terror sponsoring states the US has allowed NK to make some money in other ways. Let's hope they will choose to do that from now on. But if they don't, there's nothing really that the US can do other than to bomb NK. The Kim regime has shown complete disregard to its citizens' wellbeing so sanctions will have exactly zero effect on the Kims.
