Note that her lawyers really sock it to him and conclude that Branchflower and French abused their power and the Ethics Act.

KIDS ONLINE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION ALERT:
The Nickelodeon Channel is extremely liberal, and right now they're running their "kids pick the president" online election for kids to "have their say". Anyone can vote. Anybody here interested in throwing this toward McCain/Palin, feel free:

(The last two presidential elections, they did this, and of course Gore and Kerry both won in landslides.)

The name of this game is change the subject. Ever notice whenever Palin gets cornered with some bad news, a la abuse of power, her maternal instinct kicks in and she grabs for Trig as in “Did I mention what a heroic mother I am…”.

And whenever someone mentions that Obama is every terrorist's best hope, his people just have to call you a "Racist!". Puh-leeeeeze!

Palin will be the Huckster of '12. Her supporters will give the primary leader heartburn, but I predict they'll be no second act to this opera.

All's not lost though. The communications major will be blonde by then and ready for her own show on Fox.

The biggest lie in humanity today is:

Abortion is between a woman and her God.
When in reality we all have culpability, when we vote to promote it, are apathetic to its existence, perform or assist in abortion.

Keep her in Ohio, especially the Southeastern part where she can pick off conservative Dems. She should also hit Northern Minnesota (the Iron Range/Duluth) and Wisconsin. I bet she can peel off enough dems in these areas to carry these states. ARG had Mac tied in MN. Palin would probably be very popular in Duluth.

Seriously? I'm from Duluth and it would warm my shriveled conservative black heart to at least see Duluth go red. Dare I dream it??

Allah Pundit, in love with his own crazy theories.

That Times of London article you linked to is one of the most transparent articles I've ever read. It'sc lear that they are shaming Mccain into dropping character assaults to protect Obama because they are terrified of public learning all his stuff. They are sliming Palin in the process. DOn't fall for it.

Allah, it must be awful being you.

So basically, you cringe when a Party candidate talks in public about a value that is part of their official Party position? Do we always have to tiptoe around issues in fear of offending someone so that they won't vote for us?

Sometimes, just sometimes, a political race should actually be about the issues and positions. I copy this from the GOP 2008 Platform.

Maintaining The Sanctity and Dignity of Human Life
Faithful to the first guarantee of the Declaration of Independence, we assert the inherent dignity and sanctity of all human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed. We support a human life amendment to the Constitution, and we endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children. We oppose using public revenues to promote or perform abortion and will not fund organizations which advocate it. We support the appointment of judges who respect traditional family values and the sanctity and dignity of innocent human life.

We have made progress. The Supreme Court has upheld prohibitions against the barbaric practice of partial-birth abortion. States are now permitted to extend health-care coverage to children before birth. And the Born Alive Infants Protection Act has become law; this law ensures that infants who are born alive during an abortion receive all treatment and care that is provided to all newborn infants and are not neglected and left to die. We must protect girls from exploitation and statutory rape through a parental notification requirement. We all have a moral obligation to assist, not to penalize, women struggling with the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy. At its core, abortion is a fundamental assault on the sanctity of innocent human life. Women deserve better than abortion. Every effort should be made to work with women considering abortion to enable and empower them to choose life. We salute those who provide them alternatives, including pregnancy care centers, and we take pride in the tremendous increase in adoptions that has followed Republican legislative initiatives.

Respect for life requires efforts to include persons with disabilities in education, employment, the justice system, and civic participation. In keeping with that commitment, we oppose the non-consensual withholding of care or treatment from people with disabilities, as well as the elderly and infirm, just as we oppose euthanasia and assisted suicide, which endanger especially those on the margins of society. Because government should set a positive standard in hiring and contracting for the services of persons with disabilities, we need to update the statutory authority for the AbilityOne program, the main avenue by which those productive members of our society can offer high quality services at the best possible value.

Hey, if McCain wins and buys the farm, who would make a great Veep for Sarah?

I was thinking Fred Thompson.

I agree 150%. Why all the invectives about Sarah? They are TERRIFIED that moral principles and good family values are making a come-back. And that frightens the left beyond belief.

Just ask Hollywood elitists.

has the ‘Cuda gone renegade?

I sure hope so. It seems to me that McCain wouldn't mind losing the election. I hope she goes nuclear on Obama. If they; McCain/Palin, lose the election, her actions and words will put her in a great position for 2012.

Few people remember these days that the original feminists where extremely anti-abortion, they considered it the ultimate exploitation of women and of their dignity. It was two male doctors that eventually convinced the movement that women could not be totally emancipated unless they got rid of the burden of their fertility. Since then the feminist movement has tried to convince woment that to be equal they have to give up their femininity as well.
This is why modern feminist are consumed by an rabid and irrational hatred of Palin, her life example denounces so clearly the errors and hypocrisy of modern feminism.
She upholds the dignity of women while being extremely successful in what feminist consider a man's world, without giving up her femininity, exalting motherhood and demonstrating that women are the primary "humanizers" and defenders of the sanctity of life, because God has blessed them with special gifts unique to womanhood.

has the ‘Cuda gone renegade?

Both Sarah and McCain have used the mavericky "We are all God's children" line for mavericky things.

Maverick - uses it to advocate open borders/Shamnesty, etc..

Palin - so far is using it to advocate pro-life.

When/if Palin uses that line to back McCain on open borders/Shamnesty, not everyone here will like it as much.

I love the fact that she is using it for the right reasons. And since the MM or debates mods won't call him out on any controversial issues that may not be in his favor, someone has to do it.
