McCain goes full frontal on Obama-Ayers connection

Team McCain has a new ad out this morning called “Ayers”, a comprehensive attack on Obama on his relationship with former Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers. This isn’t just a suggestive 30-second spot. It’s one minute and forty seconds that detail the kind of work the two did together, Ayers’ early political partnership, and Obama’s obfuscation of the nature of their political partnership in Chicago:
Barack Obama and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. Friends. They’ve worked together for years. But Obama tries to hide it. Why?
Obama launched his political career in Ayers’ living room. Ayers and Obama ran a radical “education” foundation, together. They wrote the foundation’s by-laws, together. Obama was the foundation’s first chairman. Reports say they, “distributed more than $100 million to ideological allies with no discernible improvement in education.”
When their relationship became an issue, Obama just responded, “This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood.” That’s it?
We know Bill Ayers ran the “violent left wing activist group” called Weather Underground. We know Ayers’ wife was on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted list. We know they bombed the Capitol. The Pentagon. A judge’s home. We know Ayers said, “I don’t regret setting bombs. …. I feel we didn’t do enough.”
But Obama’s friendship with terrorist Ayers isn’t the issue. The issue is Barack Obama’s judgment and candor. When Obama just says, “This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood,” Americans say, “Where’s the truth, Barack?”
Barack Obama. Too risky for America.
The length of the spot would normally indicate that this is intended for web viewing only. However, John McCain gives the standard broadcast endorsement at the end, which strongly suggests that they will do ad buys in 90-second chunks in some battleground states for this. Recent reports had Obama outspending McCain 3-1 since the conventions, but perhaps Team McCain wanted to conserve its cash for this attack.
I suspect this is not the end of this subject, either. I’d expect at least one more ad featuring John Murtaugh, the son of the judge whose home got bombed by the Weather Underground. Murtaugh, who is running for the New York state legislature, has already released a statement through the McCain campaign attacking Obama for associating with an unrepentant leader of the terrorist organization that tried to kill him as a boy. I’m certain he will happily participate in an ad to put a human face on Ayers’ terrorism.
This ad demonstrates that McCain has no intention of nibbling around the edges on Ayers. He will go after Obama with everything he has on this subject. This also puts pressure on McCain to “say it to his face” in the next debate, as Obama will certainly challenge him to do after this ad airs. Bob Schieffer, the next debate moderator, may already be writing the question for it now.

You’re not the only one who perceives this. I’ve been saying as much for a while now — it’s a train I, sincerely, have “seen” coming for a while now. And the “word violence” by the Obama Left has been demonstratively more prevalent than ever I’ve experienced; what is occuring is that an “iron hand,” so to speak, is grabbing our Capitol or trying to, and this goes way beyond mere Presidential political campaigning.
I also thought that Obama’s declaration about a month or two ago — when presented with some adverse information to is campaign, he said, “they don’t know what they’re up against” — was particularly threatening and not in any “representational of America” way, but in enemy terms.
Today, with Obama’s latest “I’m an American” ad (Obama’s released a very soapey ad promoting himself as, surprise, an American who loves America), this method appears reaching fruition: it’s COUNTER or “alternative” America, as in, “changed” or “something else not America” (new flag, new Pres. seal, new “color” [the other "colors" are "racists" and therefore, "bad" and "not America" -- which is extreme racism at work there creating that imagery and concept], new plane, new doodah…).
Pulling the covers off the Ayers and Obama politic, and we see that the “change” is revolutionary, just not in any way associative with our American Revolution, but with “conquering” what the American version accomplished.

Ayers is a marxist. He called himself a communist with a small c, as if that would make him seem less radical. And Obama shares his views, otherwise he wouldn’t have worked on boards with him for a decade dispensing money to other far-left groups and Arafat apologists.
You bet people will be voting with their wallets, and very few want socialists/marxists redistributing their earnings.

It’s been reported that it was Khalid Al-Mansour who paved the way for Obama’s entry into Harvard via Percy Sutton. Not Rashid Khalidi.
From a NewsMax article:

I may be wrong, but I think McCain can get some mileage out of Ayers by showing what these two did with the $161 million with which they were charged to improve Chicago schools. Talk about squandering resources. We have no other record of Obama’s track record. He and Ayers blew that money on radical indoctrination nonsense, and there was no improvement in Chicago schools as a result.
BuckeyeSam on October 9, 2008 at 10:33 AM
Somebody needs to put Francis Fox Piven at the middle of this, quote the Cloward-Piven Plan to create crisis, and then show that Ayers and Obama are both disciples – Obama implementing the sabotage of the electoral process and economy through Piven’s brain-child ACORN, and Ayers implementing the sabotage of education and media.
Now that Obama has been proven to be a member of The New Party, this puts him in direct linkage with Piven and her husband who was agitating and activating Columbia students for those purposes when Obama and Ayers were in NYC.
I still think Cloward-Piven has to become a household word.

I tried reading Joe Klein’s latest bit (in TIME) and was stupified at his bizare comprehension of reality — utterly unreal to me.
Klein goes on about how Obama is specific, comprehensive, succinct, etc. Not the guy I see and hear who wanders all over the place and is utterly offensive in his social presence.

Democrats are responsible for this disaster.
Dodd, Schumer, Frank, Waters, Johnson, Raines, Pritzker.
They are all Obama supporters, campaign workers and friends.
They are responsible for destroying this economy.
John McCain tried to reform Fannie Mae but Democrats blocked it.
John McCain tried to prevent this disaster but Democrats said no.
Hold those responsible for this disaster accountable.
Vote for John McCain.
That doesn’t take long to read out loud.

A silver lining perhaps? Never will they be this powerful again. And yet they have an excellent chance of losing. That result could have as amazing an influence on the left’s goal of US domination as the surge did on al-Qaeda’s decision to make Iraq it’s central battleground. I suspect either way, we are about to have a seminal moment in modern American politics– a stunning submission or a stunning reversal.

Not really the only reason. Many — most? — of those who “want” Osama Obama have bought the incredible load of bull-dung laid down by the MSM. For the first time in history (as far as I know) someone stands very, very close to the presidency without having had any substantive questions asked of him by the “watchdog” media.
And an parallel — and more sinister — campaign has made any criticism of The Messiah nothing more than racism. I’ve felt this one personally. This, to me, shows how unequal and racist this society really is — in the exact opposite way from what the liberals tell us.
Obama spells disaster for this nation.

Maybe they can write it out on a notecard. Otherwise, have a surrogate like Rudy G. right there to talk to Fox immediately afterwards. I think out of all the networks, more undecideds go to Fox for something approaching the truth.

I agree. I believe John McCain knows exactly what he is up against–60s neoStalinism’s last push to install their protege as President of the United States of America.
And John McCain, who survived 5+ years of communist torture, and who has TWO YOUNG SONS in the US military, is not going to step aside and let the protege of William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn become Commander in Chief of US armed forces without a fight.
It remains to be seen whether republicans are willing to join with McCain in this fight for the soul of our nation, or are going to stand back and scream insults at McCain, refuse to vote for him, and thus defacto
ELEVATE A HARD CORE AMERICA HATING COMMUNIST ASSOCIATE/ACOLYTE TO THE OFFICE OF POTUS.

This is a tad cryptic, but, anyway, what came to mind: I recalled saying many prayers after the murders of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman, that the murder/s be brought to light and held responsible for such hideous deeds. And then going through the trial like so many others, viewing it daily on television, reading everything, listening to it all, concluding that O.J. Simpson was guilty, as guilty as could be.
Despite the prayers, then, seeing him go free afterward, it was a reckoning for me as to my faith (really, it was, my prayers were not as to him specifically but as to whover committed the murders be held responsible for them, and seeing the evidence, concluding Simpson’s guilt, then the verdict — it all didn’t correlate from a point of faith in prayer).
And then we do see that justice has been meted out now. So, I guess my point, what my thoughts were and are, is that God works in mysterious ways and His timing isn’t ours and vice-versa. So, again, from a point of faith, I do pray and pray often for our nation and against evil in high places, for our nation’s survival and continuance, as a nation under God especially…and I go back to that earlier experience of being mystified by immediate results and then see the outcome later, and my point is, that, through God, all things are possible and He certainly is not mocked.

Why do people want Hugo Chavez? Ahmadinejad? Why did they want Stalin? Why Mao Tse Tsung, Mugawe, why…
Once a population reaches a certain concentration, you get more of the average to lower achievers (why it’s called “average”), that whole bell-curve thing as to populations, and so today we have a nation of “more” who want “more” and don’t know or understand how to get it for themselves. So they want it provided to them.
So Socialist dictators gain popularity not among individuals so much as by class warfare.

Average Joe Sixpack: What does a community organizer do, anyway?
Announcer: Well in the case of this community organizer (flash Obama pic), there are two notable achievements.
(#1 on screen) He successfully argued the Motor Voter Registration case, which allowed ACORN, an organization with communist origins (show Francis Fox Piven and excerpts from 1966 “The Nation” article detailing Cloward-Piven Plan), to register what at least 12 battleground states are charging are blatantly fraudulent voters (show headlines).
Though none were US citizens, eight of the 9-11 attackers were registered to vote.
(#2 on screen) He successfully pressured banks into making subprime loans by filing racism charges if they wouldn’t.
Barack Obama, sabotaging America’s elections (show Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Mohammad Atta voter registration cards) and economy (show 700 billion dollar bail-out headline).
Violent communist Bill Ayers (show pic of him stomping on flag) would be proud of the man whose candidacy he launched in his own living room.

The big point that McCain is still missing about BHO and his anti-American buddies is not only that he is ‘risky’, but that our country is at the most vulnerable time in a century. This is not just an economic crisis but a severe weakening of our country, in general.
BHO keeps trying to describe this as an “economic crisis” but it is something much deeper, which I think most normal Americans understand as we see many of the walls containing our government fall by the wayside on a daily basis.

I’m afraid and pretty sure we won’t have to imagine come January.
On a different point, I keep reading people insisting that McCain bring up Ayers in the next debate or in speeches. My view is that normally the candidate leaves that particular line of work to surogates. it would not look good if McCain started talking about it. It would backfire most certainly. The candidate is better off staying above the fray and talking about the issues.
As an example, we didn’t hear Bush bring up John Kerry’s fake medals and treason when he returned from Vietnam…but it worked and did in fact get out and destroyed Kerry’s chance of EVER becoming president.
Goodeye_Closed on October 9, 2008 at 11:16 AM
Six things about this…
One, Charlie Gibson has once again revealed his political agenda. Not one single follow up question to Obama’s explanantion on Ayers, unlike his snarky follow-ups to Palin.
Two, Obama’s comment about saying things to his face is ridiculous, will someone please call him on that? How many comments has he made about McCain when McCain wasn’t present?
Three, McCain needs to stress the varied comments from Obama and his surrgates…Burton and Axelrod…one by one and compare it to the facts. Then ask Obama about each one individually.
Four, someone in the TV media or McCain’s camp needs to point out to the people that if Obama didn’t know about Ayers’ past he must not have read the papers or talked to anyone in Chicago for years.
Five, McCain, Palin, and their supporters, after pointing out Ayers’ more recent comments and the killing of the police officers by the Weathermen, need to ask every interviewer if they would have sat on a board with Ayers.
And six, the McCain camp needs to pull some of the most radical quotes from Ayers about education and then mention that the CAC chaired by Obama supported these ideas.
Deanna on October 9, 2008 at 11:17 AM
The threat posed by BHO is orders of magnitude greater than the US has ever been presented with before, owing to the financial situation and BHO’s amazingly anti-American background and leanings. This is not fun and games, but deadly serious stuff.

I want John Mortaugh to talk in a TV ad about the Weather Underground’s attempt to kill his family when he was younger. I want for him to look at the camera, at the faces of millions on TV, and tell them that “Barack Obama’s friend tried to kill me.”
I also want for Mortaugh to tell the world, “If Obama, Ayer’s friend, becomes President, my family will feel in danger all over again.”
Make the connection to terrorism. Show the ad in the Northeast, particularly in the NY-NJ-CT area, the DC Beltway, and PA. I’m sure memories of September 11 are still fresh enough for people to get it. That ad must be like a nuclear bomb!
newton on October 9, 2008 at 11:22 AM
great ad; get it on air asap.
btw, I agree that McCain has do some of this Obama bashing himself. He has a reputation for being opposed to negative campaigning. If he won’t repeat the Ayers stuff in public, on camera, he delegitimizes the attack. If he does pick up the attack, however, his reputation I think adds legitimacy to it.
james23 on October 9, 2008 at 11:23 AM
I would certainly think so, but look at all the “true conservative heroes” here at hotair who think the same way. Lorien et al keep saying McCain doesn’t have enough guts to talk about Fannie Mae. Others say McCain doesn’t have any balls.
One really would think that decent people would be ashamed to make those kinds of statements about somebody who endured more for this country in one year than they will their entire lives….
funky chicken on October 9, 2008 at 11:24 AM
One other thing…I don’t think McCain should bring Ayers up in the debate unless asked. And he should let Palin and his surrogates handle it for now. By saying “he won’t say it to my face” Obama is trying to bait McCain, and there’s a reason. He wants McCain to look nasty and not interested in the problems of the now. That’s why Bush let the 527s take care of Kerry. Even in Hannity’s interview with McCain and Palin, McCAin was much more circumspect in his replies on this. He let Palin carry the water, and that’s what VPs do.
Deanna on October 9, 2008 at 11:24 AM

Take a good long look and listen to this interview done in 1985 featuring soviet defector and ex-KGB propaganda agent laying out the multi-generational plan that is unfolding in realtime as we speak. Pay particular attention to the part where not even the most optimistic of the soviets could believe how quickly and wildly successful this process would be in America. And this was in 1985.

This amuses me and others in the U.K. For years American presidents and politician’s have welcomed known terrorists to the white house for a sing-a-long against the wishes of the british government.
To us it was like bringing timothey mcveigh to meet the queen.
Gerry Adams even had a street named after him.The I.R.A nearly killed Thatcher did kill politician’s(Brighton bomb)and members of the royal family, (including children)
It was the I.R.A who said to Maggie’you have to be lucky all the time,we only have to be lucky once.’
The ‘real’ I.R.A was only put on your terrorist list after 9/11.
Martin mcguinness-self confessed commander of Derry I.R.A-been in prison for carrying explosives.
Gerry Kelly-imprisoned for bombing the Old Baily and Scotland yard-killing 2.He broke out of prison killing two officers.
Gerry Adams was interned, recently resigned from the army council,a seven man brigade who gave go a head for any operation.
Shankill bombing-The i.r.a blew up a fish shop ,ten died including 3 children,no military. The bomb went off early and the bomber was killed.Gerry Adams carried his coffin.
It was Gerry Adam’s that apoligised for a I.R.A bombing on remembrance sunday of a church service for the war dead,20 killed mostly old soldiers with medal’s on.He said sorry and promised to look into it.
I know people on this site would not tolerate or approve of these action’s.
But this issue is a big deal here,’with or with the terrorist’ and ’shoulder to shoulder’
It might help to explain some animosity towards America.

Here is Obama trying to wriggle out of it on ABC:
“Why don’t we just clear it up right now,” Obama told ABC News’ Charlie Gibson in an exclusive interview for World News. “I’ll repeat again what I’ve said many times. This is a guy who engaged in some despicable acts 40 years ago when I was eight years old. By the time I met him, 10 or 15 years ago, he was a college professor of education at the University of Illinois . . . And the notion that somehow he has been involved in my campaign, that he is an adviser of mine, that . . . I’ve ‘palled around with a terrorist’, all these statements are made simply to try to score cheap political points.”
This clears up what? Who has ever said that Ayers was an adviser??? He’s denying nothing about Ayers promoting him early in his political career. He can’t deny it. And what about New Party and Obama’s socialist ties and lectures. Come on Charlie Gibson, where is your gotcha journalism now!
Obama is hiding something…its painfully obvious!

I’m glad that the McCain camp has finally pursued this line of questioning/ attack. My concern is in timing and the current political focus.
It is pathetic that the responsibility for vetting of a Presidential candidate (at least on the Democratic side)has fallen entirely on the opposing candidate. This is all information that should have been thoroughly investigated months or even years before now by independent sources and made a matter the public dialog.
Obama’s history, associations and record are tremendously disturbing in and of themselves. In context with the potential for him being POTUS with this record is almost unthinkable. But even worse is how anyone could have such a clearly radical, corrupt and disgusting record as Obama and have been allowed to run for POTUS while these issues and the nearly endless list of related ones have gone entirely ignored, dismissed and covered up for YEARS while the DNC engineered his career. This is a man who was touted for POTUS even before he made his first national speech. I recall that after his convention speech, people were already talking about his inevitable run for President (while he dismissed it, saying that he was unqualified and needed to focus on his US Senate career).
The fact that a man of that has ZERO relevant experience and an immensely radical and disturbing background and who has gone to extensive lengths to cover up significant portions of his personal, professional and educational history has been given an unprecedented “pass” of this magnitude for so long is the stuff of apocalyptic fiction novels.
Witnessing the degradation of our political process to resembling the guerrilla marketing of Milli Vanilli or boy-bands is horrifying. The total buy-in and open cheer leading and support of the MSM is something that would have resulted in armed revolution even a decade ago, yet now most people have dismissed it as a joke or annoyance.
Anyone who dismisses the fact the the most radical, inexperienced, dangerous compulsive liar of our time is within striking distance of the Oval Office as an irritation limited to liberal political control, annoyance and high taxes is completely missing the monumental shift in our society, media, political process and the unthinkable potential impact to our long term direction, global position and domestic well being.
The minutia of when Obama knew Ayers is irrelevant. The problem here is the massive and overwhelming context and implications of a completely unvetted radical with zero experience being inches from the White House.
In a sane world or even 5 or 10 years ago, Obama would not be able to clear the visitor screening to visit the White House or attend a State dinner. But we are proposing that he should live there. Unthinkable…

On a side note, people are beginning to point out that Ayers’s wife and Obama’s wife overlapped employment at a large Chicago (now national) law firm, Sidley & Austin. That firm is getting over having its NY office embroiled in a lot of the tax-shelter nonsense that imploded a large Texas law firm (thanks to its Chicago office). Anyway, I’m just speculating that Sidley & Austin is not enjoying this kind of publicity. If Obama’s elected, it might be a net plus. If not, a double negative. Right now, I’m sure coworkers of Ayers’s wife are ducking calls.

And in my simplistic way of thinking:
What goes around, comes around.

Yes.
Dr. Khalid al Mansour was a representative of a Saudi prince and they DID help get Ubama onto the Harvard Law Review and Harvard and were financing him many years before he ran for any political office.
OBAMA IS A SAUDI MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE!
God help us.
If Obama wins it is time for a revolution.
SaintOlaf on October 9, 2008 at 11:46 AM
Does association with known terrorists affect one’s ability to get security clearences? There seems to be a disconnect here.

If he wins, there will be a revolution,..that’s the Hope and Change thing he’s been spouting. Down with capitalism and up with a worker’s paradise.
a capella on October 9, 2008 at 11:49 AM
yep, Sue Myrick has pushed a book that talks about the Saudi/Islam infiltration into our Govt. She apparently knew something and here is Obama, with a Financial Crisis right before the election, to propel him into the Whitehouse.
I think the KGB/Russia have allied with the Islamist and Chavez to control Oil and try and Criple American Style Capitalism

Yes, we’re in a financial crisis so who do we want putting us on the right track? A socialist or a capitalist?

Revolution – The Beatles. The lyrics. Read them. That should be our mantra.

William Ayers – think Timothy McVay in a tie-dye tshirt.

I’ve been wondering about that too. Also I thought about it when the fact came to light that the One was a member of the New Party, the offshoot of the Democratic Socialists of America.
I’m flummoxed about this.

Bingo!! Not only through oil, but through media, jamming the system with lawsuits, racism charges, etc. America’s vulnerabilities are through our media and our lawyers. Al Qaeda has this in their instruction manual for terrorists. The commies have it in the Cloward-Piven Plan.
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/09/barack_obama_and_the_strategy.html
We have the proof now that Obama was a member of The New Party, an offshoot of the Socialist Democrats of America – which Francis Fox Piven put her hope in for furthering her agenda. ACORN was the brain-child of Piven. Cloward was agitating and activating his students at Columbia, and when Obama was there Cloward’s focus was voter reistration. We now know Obama was doing “community organizing” while he was in NYC also.
The New Party
ACORN
Columbia University activism by Cloward
Obama’s “community organizing” in NYC
We’ve got all the reason in the world to connect Obama to Francis Fox Piven – and THAT should open some eyes.
When you look into the connections between Ayers and that other guy that used to blog for Obama (mind going blank here) it makes ties to Cuba, Venezuela, Viet Nam, etc.
This thing needs to blow open.
justincase on October 9, 2008 at 12:01 PM
I am afraid that it is even more sinister than that…
This financial crisis is an artificial crisis!
The Government is making every effort to make the banks lend….BUT THE BANKS WON’T LEND!!!
It’s an artifical crisis and they are doing it in order to help Obama win!
Instead of pulling their charters and prosecuting them…the Fed is bypassing them and becoming the default lender themselves directly.
The banking industry is becoming nationized rapidly.
THEY WILL CONTROL THE ABILITY TO BUY AND SELL.
This is DIABOLICAL and they are doing it to make sure that Obama wins!
Tell me why is Warren Buffet, a man with $50 Billion, supporting Ubama and helping engineer a financial meltdown?
It’s simple…he will turn his $50 B into $500 Billion by buying all of the best assets at pennies on the dollar!
There has never been a run on governmental powers and U.S. industry like this in U.S. history and this is all happening right before the election and AFTER the bailout has passed!
Buy guns and several years worth of MRE’s now while you still can!!

plus the rhetoric now from Europe saying the US will no longer be world superpower. Everything Putin has been doing the last several years….recently he’s sent war planes to Venezuala and Cuba and did war games.
Not good, a play is being made.
Its really like they are begging Bush to suspend Elections because of this and fullfill Far-Left Prophecy

The electoral college right now is so depressing.
How can Americans be this stupid?
It was social engineering schemes that got us into this economic mess, and now they think electing a socialist who cohorts with criminals will get us out of it?
If Obama becomes our president, our nation will collapse. And anyone who tries to stop our downfall will be dismissed as a racist for questioning him.
When did Americans become such masochists?

“Obama is trying to bait McCain, and there’s a reason.”
Deanna on October 9, 2008
Yea..I think he’s itching to bring up the Keating Five or some other line of attack he might have in his arsenal during a debate. Right now he is just left being defensive about Ayers when you know he really wants to hit back.
The thing about the S&L scandal is that John was innocent. The Dems needed a token republican so it didn’t look like a democrat scandal (ok..he was guilty of “bad judgement” by his own admission).
Goodeye_Closed on October 9, 2008 at 12:16 PM
Why do you think McCain is using a female voice in all these attack ads?
I have long insisted that the Beslan Massacre won the 2004 election for George Bush, by creating millions of Security Moms. White suburban women are still the key to this election. I don’t know if this Ayers stuff is enough to scare them into voting for McCain , but pushing the angle that he and Obama tried to get radical anti-American stuff into the schools in Chicago might.
rockmom on October 9, 2008 at 12:17 PM
I remember a great piece in The Onion after 9/11 that said “America turned into bad Jerry Bruckheimer movie.” I feel like America is turning into a bad Tom Clancy novel right now.
rockmom on October 9, 2008 at 12:19 PM
It’s not.
TWO WORDS: RAILA ODINGA
Due to the fact that there is NO coverage of this or the fact that Obama was sponsored by Saudi prince Al-Waleed…I think we are screwed.

Excellent ad. Perfectly timed.
Hits just the right note.
I expect we’ll see waves of ads about all of Obama’s shady connections. The cumulative effect will be a killer.
If McCain brings this up at all, the single point he needs to make is that one of the greatest powers of the Presidency is the power of appointment. It’s not just the Supreme Court, it’s the Cabinet, and the heads of every executive agency in the enormously bloated government, the ambassadors to every country on the globe, even senior military positions.
Who would Obama appoint to head up BATF? Who would Obama appoint to head up the EPA? Who would Obama appoint to head up the Treasury Department to manage the bailout — notice he was unable to answer this when Tom Brokaw asked it point blank. (Yes, in part due to McCain’s brilliant jujitsu of mentioning Warren Buffet first…) Who would Obama appoint as Attorney General? Who would be prosecuted and for what?
I really think the McCain campaign is one of the best run campaigns we’ve seen in a long while. The balls it took to sit on all this ammunition as the polls slid… to wait for the right moment, when it will bring the most advantage in the only poll that matters.
Can’t wait to see what McCain could do as President. Our enemies abroad should be quaking in their boots.

I just sent this to Fox & Friends:
First off, THANK YOU for reporting the news. This nation would be hopelessly lost without you. Seriously.
Second, the quieter Fox guy on the Murtagh interview asked a question about how a university could hire somebody with that kind of background. That, right there, is a story that needs to blow open. I’d like to give that guy (wish I knew his name) this link (and I’m enclosing the transcript as well).
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x32cxf_yuri-bezmenov
Yesterday the blogosphere was buzzing with the proof that Obama was a MEMBER (had to sign a form to become one) of The New Party, which together with ACORN is heavily tied into a professor at Columbia when both Obama and Ayers were there – Frances Fox Piven (wife of sociology professor Richard Cloward). Cloward and Piven authored an article in “The Nation” in 1966 where they detailed how they planned to carry out the first three phases that Bezmenov referred to. This explains that plan:
http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/09/barack_obama_and_the_strategy.html
This whole election has been turned upside down because of a world financial crisis that began when banks lowered lending standards in response to discrimination charges stemming from Chicago – Barack Obama, specifically. Obama’s association with Ayers is nothing compared to the role Obama has played in a far more sinister plan.
Thanks for listening. Please pass this on to whoever you can. Especially you guys at Fox – I don’t want you to be one more example in the KGB resume.
Be safe.
Sincerely,
justincase on October 9, 2008 at 12:32 PM
Saint Olaf-
Have faith.
If you dump all these associates into the discussion at once, they all get lost. Too much information makes it easy for people to take up Obama’s talking points (”Desperation and Shotgun Tactics”) rather than think about each shady character.
We’re going to hear about these associates one at a time. It’s the cumulative effect — the wondering what kind of crazy nut Obama will be connected to next — that will (rightly) demolish the idea that he’s a safe choice.

Violence?
When you speak of violence, you should mention Sen. Obama’s open campaigning for his alleged cousin in Kenya, for Odinga.
When Odinga lost his campaign to become Kenya’s president, he incited a bloody, murderous revolution. Sen. Obama and Michelle Obama traveled to Kenya and openly campaigned for Odinga as recently as November 2006.
