As that US News blog post said, the McCain camp thinks it’s “too complicated” to explain the current crisis to the American people, so they’re going to let Barack Obama claim it was all the Republicans’ and McCain’s fault. I……

Libs cannot face the truth because they do not know what truth is because you cannot spend it or manipulate people with it, so it has no use in their campaign to create dependence on them for our existence.

They have SNL and the MSM to make you believe everything they say as the truth. At lease we have McCain with Palin as our Piper who will lead us to the light.

2nd Skit: I’m really not sure why they didn’t skewer Barney Frank there. He should have gotten a red-hot pitchfork up the backside type of skewering. The Soros part was hopefully a wake up call (note the “Democratic party owner”) to the party that they are bought and paid for. Pretty funny overall.

W. had a shining moment of brilliance by nominating Roberts and Alito.. but then, stopped clock blah blah..

I’m chalking that up to luck.

I thought Queen Latifah was awesome as Ifill – her part had me cracking up, as did the guy that did Biden. They only time Fey was really funny was with the drinking game bit at the end. The second skit had me laughing hard, especially with the deadbeats and Soros. It was more fair than I ever thought SNL could be in this day and age.

Not a big fan of Hathaway, but she did alright. Still, I won’t be tuning in to SNL any time soon.

I imagine all the writers at SNL aren’t particularly pleased at seeing $850B go down the toilet. Sure, they’ll rag Republicans almost exclusively when it is trivial stuff. Bush himself is comic gold, but when they know San Fran Nan and Dirty Barney have sold them down a river, they won’t hold back. Not even their writers are stupid enough to buy the Democrat talking points all the time, especially when it doesn’t add up.

Heck, I’m pissed at all of them too. Burn the lot of them.

Thanks for weighing in. I don’t know you well enough to discern if I agree or disagree with you but it is hard to imagine a person on either side of that coin 100% of the time exists. I am glad you won’t be losing any sleep, nor will I.

The Pelosi-Bush-Frank-Soros skit was the kind of talk McCain should be doing. They’ve nailed it where he has avoided it. C’mon, John, do you want this or not???
