The SarahCuda on the attack

The Free Sarah Palin strategy has already begun to pay dividends. Palin returned to the traditional running-mate role of attack dog, reminding voters of Barack Obama’s accusation that American troops had a strategy in Afghanistan of “air-raiding villages and bombing civilians”. Palin considers that a disqualifying event for a person seeking the position of Commander in Chief:
Speaking to Fox News on Friday, Sarah Palin indicated for the first time that she does not consider Barack Obama qualified to be commander in chief and sharply criticized him for saying last year that U.S. troops in Afghanistan are “just air raiding villages and killing civilians.”
Calling Obama “reckless,” Palin said that where she comes from Obama’s remarks “disqualify someone from consideration for the next commander-in-chief.”
“Some of his comments that he’s made about the war, that I think, in my world disqualify someone from consideration for the next commander-in-chief,” said Palin. “Some of the comments he’s made about Afghanistan, what we are doing there, ‘just air raiding villages and killing civilians.’ That’s reckless.”
Those comments came in August 2007, when Obama tried criticizing the Bush administration’s military strategy in Afghanistan. Here’s the video:
Palin does a good job in bringing this back to the forefront. Either Obama meant to smear the military leadership in Afghanistan, including that of our allies, or he didn’t have the first clue what he was saying. Neither commends itself for someone who would command our military during this war, especially the fact that Obama made that accusation without ever having traveled to Afghanistan to see the situation for himself.

Yes, my good man, the “All Seeing All Knowing All Encompassing Great and Beautiful Oneness that is B. Hussein Obarfo” has taken the bait like the dimwitted rookie that he is.
Way to open your own wounds again, Obiscuit, this just shows how really doltified you are. He will be back to duking it out with a re-energized Palin while Mac sneaks in from the flank and smashes him with the FF hammer in the debate.

Would the media give McCain a pass if he had a similar relationship with David Duke? Or an abortion clinic bomber?

Pro worker… right…. Oh, I get it. Raising corporate taxes will do it! Move us from 2nd highest to 1st highest! That’s the ticket! I’m sure that will add entirely new incentives for businesses to stay here.
Or am I misinterpreting “worker”. I’m assuming you mean people that actually work… you know… produce a good or service… not a government employee…

I always thought Obama’s comment during that debate would come back to haunt him! Sean Hannity has it on his show everyday! Cuda needs to be the attack dog, she should go to Michigan and give a speech about higher taxes, and health care. Cite the unemployment of the state and what she and John are going to do to fix it…!
OriginalPechangas_son on October 4, 2008 at 7:05 PM
Pro-worker, huh? I suppose that your comment is a slip of the tongue and you didn’t really mean to invoke a pro-communist phrase, or perhaps you did.
In either case, your opinion, such as it is, is repulsive. It is exactly the understanding of the economy that the Democratic party subscribes to that has gotten us into this mess. In fact, they have deliberately done so with malice aforethought.
Personally, if I wanted to live in a Communist country I would have moved to Cuba. I suggest that instead of fomenting revolution here you should drive down to Miami and hop on a Southbound raft.

The “SarahCuda” can attack 24×7 for the next 30, but it won’t do any good, not with McCain pushing for and voting for the costly Hail Mary Bailout. Democrats are going to win. They were more responsible for this mortgage giveaway fiasco to people who never should have got one, or not one nearly so big, than were Republicans, but Republicans are seen by most less political people as the Party in Power and they will be the ones that the Villagers will Tar and Feather.
It’s as simple as this.
The whole greedy House of Cards is falling down.
In large part because millions of deadbeat home debtors can’t or won’t make the payments that they comited themselves to making. And the McMansions are plumeting in price. Of course, no politicians has the guts to put any of the blame on these deadbeats as, well, they are just little victims and, well, they vote and there are so many of them.
And now all the myriad TRILLIONS of fiatscos of derivatives that were tied to this bubble of Biblical proportions by the greedy RiverBoat Gamblers of Wall Steret are collapsing too.
And now the world’s governments and central banks are in the process of nationalizing/monetizing the entire world’s financial system.
We’ll see how that works out.
But my guess is, not well, not well at all.
KentAllard on October 4, 2008 at 7:16 PM
The American public already knows about Obama accusing the military of bombing villages and killing civilians. Many Democrats have already done this, and the only consequence is that they have all been re-elected. No Democrat has paid a price, not even Murtha and Durbin, indicating that this is what kind of Country? Answer: a Country that rewards those who make such accusations.
America knows all about Ayers, too. Ayers is actually a sympathetic figure, admired for his bold acts of violence
against the “Man” and for his unbelievable ability to evade conviction for his crimes. Ayers is a folk hero. Connecting Obama to him only enhances Obama’s electability.
Everybody knows about Reverend Wright, Father Flegler, Louis Farrakhan, the infanticide votes, the votes to ban gun ownership, etc. etc. Nobody cares, except to believe Obama when he says that those who want to make an issue about any of these are partisan liars.
There isn’t anything anybody can do now. Obama is indestructible. McClain and Palin are much too late. Besides, if the Clintons couldn’t get the job done, nobody can.

These are the words of Karl Rove. Pay heed, for he is the Magnificent Bastard:
McCain-Palin must deepen those doubts by pounding away on questions about Obama’s character, judgment and values. Drawing on Obama’s own record and statements, they need to paint him as a big spender, class warrior and cultural elitist; they need to say he’s never worked across party lines or gotten his hands dirty solving big issues. But the duo must also give voters reasons to support them. They must crystallize a positive, forward-looking vision so people who see Obama as unqualified have something to hang on to. It can’t be a laundry list of positions. McCain-Palin must offer a narrative about what they will do to help America see better days, especially on kitchen-table concerns.
McCain must launch these themes in the two remaining debates. Knockouts are welcome but unlikely and unnecessary. Introducing a theme and sticking to it day after day worked this past July, when McCain successfully depicted Obama as a celebrity taken with his own press notices. The GOP nominee did it right in the first debate when his assaults were formal and indirect (”Senator Obama has the most liberal voting record …”) while Obama was personal and direct (”John, 10 days ago you said …”).
McCain and Palin should also respond to key misstatements by Obama-Biden, but only to flip the discussion back to Obama’s own deficits. They should not chase rabbits: that would only occupy time better devoted to who can fix the big stuff broken in Washington and reach across the aisle to work for the American people by putting country first.
The election still favors Obama. But Sarah Palin’s debate performance, and the passage of the economic-rescue plan, may bookend a bad couple of weeks for McCain. He has a month to turn things around. It’s doable; but it won’t be easy.

The Democrats fighting against every single policy to secure the borders of this nation?
The Democrats turning our school systems into Socialist Indoctrination Camps?
The Democrats crippling our ability to become Energy Independent?
……. and more recently,
The Democrats causing the current financial crisis by laws passed under Jimmy Carter and then Bill Clinton to force banks to lend money to buy homes to people who could not pay them back, or face government regulation.
It wasn’t so much greed and stupidity, as combined with the Federal Government under Democratic laws and regulations that forced banks to promote “Social Engineering”, or “Do this, or else!”

My husband and I just got back from the rally in Carson…I would say there were 9 or 10 thouseand. My husband says the tennis stadium holds 8 thousand and all the seats were filled as well as the tennis cort and then there were at least a thousand standing above the stadium seats. The crowd was very friendly and enthusiatic.
There were protestors there but all toghether I would say 100 to 150 alll white so I have to apologize for an earlier post where I worried that it would be very hostile because Carson has a large black population and I thought they would be mad we were holding a Palin rally there… I tell you the left has the ugliest middle aged frumpy dirty looking women protestors though… We had 3 interruptions by said women but they were drowned out by Sarah Sarah Sarah or USA USA USA…Some really vulgar protestors were there because of our Prop 4 which is the parental notification of an abortion for a minor measure
When Sarah did come on the whole place exploded. Her speech was very good and she went after Obama on the Military, taxes, his past. She talked about the debate and her performance on the interviews. The NYT got a loud and 15 second boo! She asked us not to get discouraged the media was going to do that…said it was going to be close and said she thought CA was worth fighting for…All in all she was received very well and enthusiatically!

I live in CT- the land liberal land of Dodd and RINO Shays: the topography is beautiful but I HATE the politics of this state. Although, I am seeing way more McC/Palin signs which is great- it would be nice to live in a state that looks blue but turns red when it counts. We do have a Repub Gov. so I guess there is always hope. But I am from La. and miss it terribly!

Don’t you think the problem is that just like most of the Right doesn’t watch ABC, CBS, NBC News or CNN & MSNBC the Left… which is the group that really needs to see this… doesn’t watch Fox…

SNL and The View are the most wasted use of airtime next to CNN’s 24/7 constant spewing of political garbage.

Brett Bair on FOX is decimating the Dems on Fannie, Feddie, the bailout. This is awesome I hope they rerun it I only got the recorder going 1/2 way through. This is awesome! Talk about naming names they are. Frank Dodd Schumer Pelosi Dems not letting regulation out of committee it is well done!
