Thanks Fred that was wonderful putting that snippy reporter in her place and not letting her cut off crucial information (the same technique ‘Gwen IfillforObama’ did to Cheney in the 2004 VP debate). Gov Palin has alot of people praying for her and I hope she does well. I know that even if she does great, the best that we could hope for from the media is a ‘draw’.
I also have some disheartening news from McCain. Mark Levin just read an article from McCain stating he wants to go full ahead on global warming/climate change and WANTS GORE AS AN ADVISOR, but the only issue they disagree on is nuclear energy. People, it is as important to vote Republican down the line now than in almost any other election in my lifetime (save 1980 and 1984). We have to have a strong repub/conservative base in Congress to thwart either McCain’s liberal predilections and Obama’s socialist regime. Why does he keep shooting himself and his base in the foot?

How in the hell do we get our message out with Grand Inquisitors like that asking the questions and controlling the playing field? Man I remember Ronnie on the TV as a kid, feeling like he was talking to me. No wonder he’s revered as he is. “Thank you, and God Bless You.”

I just hope that Joe Sixpack watches the CBS Grand Inquisitor and sees the blantast bias shining like the sun.

I’m left handed. The ambidextrous features came in…uh…handy (sorry, bad pun). Anyway, I have never been a fan of safeties to begin with which is why I will not own a handgun with one.

My personal defense item comes pretty close. Ambidextrous slide release anyway. And of course in the .40 S&W. Short enough for concealment, yet still punches.

I still think the answer Palin gave about the supreme court case wasn’t so much that she did not know, but that Couric and the rest would have criticized her for the case she noted.

Couric wasn’t trying to see if she knew one, she was trying to get her to commit to one that she could further question her on. Sarah did what all politicians do, give the non-answer. She just didn’t do a very good job of it.

Nah, Romney released a press release saying the so-called “bail out” was a very important process that the country needed. Now, I BELIEVE that the a$$hole Huck was against it….once again showing which one of the two has a brain and which onhe has children that hangs dogs.

Romney is supporting McCain as much as McCain wants. Maybe, and this is only a guess, it isnt good for the McCain ticket to have Romney out there out-shining the Maverick and the Veep who couldnt even frickin tell Katie Couric the name of a newspaper or magazine or two that she uses to keep up on things.

Of all the bad interview clips, that one, to me, was the worst. “uh, I read all of them or any of them…you know, Alaska isnt a foreign country you know.” O man…that was, like, REAL pathetic. My 15 year old daughter would have answered that better.

No worries. I can be rented for a small fee and a plane ticket!

But I should have mentioned that I am also making moose meatballs… YUM! Caribou and hare stew (my own recipe thank you) and someone brought me 2 Ptarmigan… now imagine what this will taste like. Imagine medium Cornish Game Hens (but a little more fatty) stuffed with sourdough bread, basil, oregano, dill, some type of spicy pepper (haven’t decided yet) and some orange peel. The Glaze will be like a orange truffle sugar glaze.

YUM, damn I am making myself hungry.

Oh and Lemon Pepper and Garlic grilled Silver Salmon (I cought myself) :)

If the deciding factor in Palin’s decline is Independents, it doesn’t make sense for her to play the media bias card or to attack Biden. Ironically, I think her best strategy is the same as Biden’s: Ignore your opponent, speak in detail, rather than quips, to demonstrate your knowledge and clearly contrast your ideas with those of the top guy on the other ticket.

But I have a strong suspicion that’s not what she’s been coached to do.
