Open thread: Armageddon

A few people have e-mailed to say that the livestream in Ed’s open thread complicates comment discussion by slowing refresh times, so here’s a no-frills alternative. Take your pick.
While we wait for the main event, “enjoy” the last installment in her series with Couric. They saved a doozy for the finale.
Game face!

Hmm, I think she’s trying to tout executive experience.

Biden should understand that company play games overseas because our tax rate is so high. That’s the tax rate she should emphasize. Consider a 10% corporate tax cut for the large corporations. They’ll be more inclined to stay on shore.
BuckeyeSam on October 2, 2008 at 9:24 PM
Yea!

techno_barbarian on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM
How could he be surprised when he warned about it? I think he is taking Johny out of context…
lsutiger on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM
Please mention McCain’s 2005 warning. Please.
Weight of Glory on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM

anna on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM
Damn I wish I had bought a 350,000 dollar house and the court adjust it to 100,000 and drop my rate a few points.
SCGOPgirl on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM
Sarah does a great job of talking right into the camera.
Its a little awkward for her, and plugs, because they are not defending themselves, they are defending the tops of their respective tickets.
I want to hear more of what Sarah wants to do, but that is not her mission this year. 2012
james23 on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM
She is completely ignoring Ifill…lmao.
SouthernGent on October 2, 2008 at 9:29 PM

joeinmo on October 2, 2008 at 9:30 PM
WHY is she not answering any of the questions? Or responding to anything he says?
Ugh. I wish the McCain camp would let Sarah be Sarah.
Jewels on October 2, 2008 at 9:30 PM
she must have been coached to make this whole debate about energy. yes, that’s where she is strong but she should answer every question that way.
