A few people have e-mailed to say that the livestream in Ed’s open thread complicates comment discussion by slowing refresh times, so here’s a no-frills alternative. Take your pick.

The only reason those guys were harping on Afghanistan was for propaganda reasons to try to make us take the eye off of the crisis in Iraq and make us surrender and lose!
They did the same thing with North Korea to get us off Iran’s back. Remember the libs asking “Why are we not attacking North Korea?” They never wanted to attack North Korea, they just do that to sound strong while undermining the current military mission.

I watched the debate for an hour and just now turned it off when the louse Joe Biden claimed his greatness for advocating intervention in Bosnia and Kosovo (congratulations genius) but apparently voted for war in Iraq because he only wanted more sanctions or something (liar!)
