Where was this Biden gaffe ad two-3 weeks ago when the press was all over Palin?

The McCain team suddenly seems to be having problems reacting fast enough to events. Something happened in the campaign HQ.

I figure by about Nov. 1 McCain will have an ad ready regarding the Democrats, Obama, Fannie & Freddie and tying it to the financial crisis.
