So AP wants to suggest, in the heat of this firestorm over supposedly improperly firing an appointee, that Palin will just fire the Personnel Board appointee’s.

Oh yeah, that’ll make the whole thing go away.

Only one of the board’s three members is a registered Republican, according to the state Board of Elections. The other two are undeclared. All three were initially appointed by former Republican governor Frank Murkowski; one has since been re-appointed by Palin. None of the board members responded to requests for comment.

BTW, Steve Branchflower and his wife Linda were former colleagues of Monegan… they were retired in South Carolina before the investigation…

Somebody needs to set up a wiki and start tracing the evidence and the media narrative out…

BTW, he is able to shape this narrative by putting up two quotes from Team Palin and the guy she fired so it devolves into a he said-she said but with the story written purposely to be negative against Palin… there is no way to do that if he would have quoted directly from the primary materials… he didn’t even link to it…

After the election, she will blend off into obscurity being the gov. in AK, continuing to ignore the press after the embarrassing slanderous behavior they unleashed on her.

In a year or two, I’ll be smacking people up-side-the-head when they say: ‘Gee, why can’t we just elect a normal, honest person instead of a media picked political puppet?’

I’m glad, as I think jumping this shark will hasten their demise… provided MSM isn’t shielded by government from free market forces.

The Board have promised to keep ALL confidential. Which mean even if there was a FOIA, it won’t be able to be disclosed until after the investigation and the election.

I am much happier concerning this then with our so called Legislature. I have had it with them. But I am too damn chicken to run myself. I don’t like being in the spot light.

What needs to be brought out about this, is that it is NOT a witch hunt to see if Sarah did something illegal (she certainly has the right to fire anyone she appoints, and did offer him a different and better suited job) but it is simply a civil service type of complaint to see if they could get Moneghan reinstated.
