Unbelievable that this idiot would actually be asking Americans to send more of their money to Washington. My ad would have McCain talking about how Washington is broken and complicit in this mess and incredulous that his opponents want Americans to send even more of their hard-earned money to this cesspool followed by Biden’s patriotic statements, Obama’s tax increase statements, and finally Harry Reid stating nobody knows what to do now. It is unbelievable for them to think now’s a good time to ask for more tax dollars.

Damn, depending on the stock market, this may be my first “patriotic” year out of the past six. In that I may pay more in taxes (estimated quarterly payments) than I end up owing.

Hard to say at this point, but it’s definitely a possibility.

Hooray, I may be a patriot who loaned money to the Government interest free… somehow I don’t feel better about that.

Let’s hope my stocks see their April highs when I’m looking to sell later this year; and I can end up owing the Government money, which they can have in mid-April instead.

As my so-wise father once told me “Pay as little as you legally can in taxes, until/unless you believe the Government is actually spends your taxes in a good, responsible, fair, and economic manner.”

I guess he’s not patriotic.

The ad should cite something; a newspaper article, the number of a senatorial bill, anything. It’s just a little thing, but it would give the ad substance, and go a little farther to refute any claim that this is not about “the issues.”

Where are these ads playing? If these are only Internet ads this isn’t going to get the traffic they need to make a difference. The celebrity ad was a big hit on Youtube. They need ads that get free time and pay time.

Huh? People will also be WATCHING the ad, seeing Biden and fireworks and talking about higher taxes. Even a five-year-old could figure out that the ad means Biden wants to raise taxes.

The poll results we are getting are a combination of the polls over the previous three days. So each poll is watered down by the two days previous to it. Any gains that McCain sees over the next three days will not be fully evident until the third day. So by Monday we will know if these ads are educating the people who have been deceived by Oslima.
