WHY oh WHY isn’t Obama’s trying to negotiate with the Iraqi’s about the end of the WAR, a CRIME? What if they stalled some troups from returning, and even ONE soldier got KILLED or MAIMED??? Then Obama was responsible for that! *** Hasn’t Obama proved himself to be EVIL yet? ** H says he wants the war to end, but just a little longer can our soldiers be in harms' way, for HIS BENEFIT? **** Why is the MEDIA going along with it? Why isn’t our GOVERNMENT looking into this? This should be on headlines all over the world!!!!

What can be DONE???

I'm sort of at a loss here. The ad claims that Obama wanted to "keep our troops in danger's way" until after the election. Won't our troops be in danger's way regardless of their levels in Iraq -- after all, isn't that why they are there -- to be in danger's way so that all us clueless civilians aren't? Isn't that where we actually want our troops to be while we are fighting this war?

The ad just doesn't fly, in my honest opinion.

The better point to make would have been that Barack has engaged in private diplomacy designed to obstruct negotiations and initiatives being put forth by the United States Government to aid in the safety and security of those forces. We have here everything the left was livid about with respect to Reagan vs. Carter, with the difference that there was no smoking gun in Reagan's case, yet there is now a very visible one in Obama's hand.

BTW, did anyone else make mention of the tanning bed controversy how the article says that tanning beds can cost up to $35,000?

Yup, I saw that too....do journalists take classes on how to slant the news? It really is propaganda. Goebbels would be proud.

Battalions of Obama sympathizers threatening Taheri with death? Obama and his supporters must be really running scared about this information! Which would be a good reason for the McCain campaign to make an ad about it!

I don't think it is a function of being scared. I think it is simply a demonstrable fact that supporters are willing to go to extraordinary lengths to attack critics and shut down civil discourse by demonizing the opposition. They use the mythology of "swifboating" as a pretext to attack others.

That's why you have people attacking radio shows for interviews, Democrat thugs sending threatening letters to "out" people who contribute to conservative causes or PACS, and vile personal attacks which only receive passing attention in the main stream media.

These folks are so personally invested in electing Obama that for some, nothing is beyond the pale or cannot be justified.

Well, Rush came close to it . . . he said what Obama did "borders on treason," that McCain has to hammer this home, and that there needs to be an investigation.

Rush, just say it - it IS treason. THAT will make the news.
