She is the Veep not the P….but somehow Barry gets more passes than a topless waitress in a blizzard.

Obama wouldn’t be a Senator, let alone a serious Presidential candidate if the press had evidenced any serious interest in looking at the many skeletons in his closet.

Now the challenge is to bring these points to the public’s attention with the media doing everything in its power to keep them suppressed.

The other question is, what is the media’s October surprise going to be this year? The last two – Bush’s DUI and the forged Rathergate documents both came close to working.

The MSM has been running an unprecedented media operation against President Bush for the last 4 years or so. It should hardly be a surprise that his support is low. Of course the support level for the Democrats isn’t any better – look at Congress’s polling numbers.

As for McCain, he’s fought Bush on a number of high profile issues, so the Obama campaign and the MSM can’t make the McSame attacks stick.

Judging by the recent movement in the polls, it looks like the public has wanted a conservative, but not Bush, and McCain-Palin are offering just that.

Spent most of the day at a meeting for work, so this is basically all I have the energy to do. Here’s what I’ve found interesting as I catch up with the blogs: –If you’re going to be unprofessional, it’s……

A few days ago, there was a post about Biden and the word monstrous was used because he said life begins at conception but he supports abortion. I don’t really see that McCain’s stance is much less monstrous. He needs to change that position.

The Catholic Parish where my children go to school is having a series over the next four weeks on Faithful Citizenship. I imagine the same things are happening throughout the country. The intrinsic evils are going to be discussed and that we can not support a candidate who supports them. McCain just opens up the door for left leaners to vote for Obama because they can claim that McCain supports an intrinsic evil too. And he does.

Sarah needs to club him over the head with the butt of her rifle.

A fair response that was trailboss. As we move forward from here, please consider these few points.

1> Conservative talk radio, Conservative bloggers, et al, don’t claim to be something they are not. Your previous comments seem to advise us to allow for the vetting process to take place as related to the MSM. My point to you was simply that Conservatives in powerful positions have already been engaged in the process for about (1) year.
2> If you are going to be taken serious here at this site, when making accusations against a Rush Limbaugh or a Sean Hannity (or anybody), you must back up such accusations with links or other forms of evidence. I referred you to Dan Rathers (Rathergate) as an example of just how far the Liberal Media will go to influence elections and public opinion. Rush Limbaugh has never fabricated documents or data that I’m aware of; same applies to Sean Hannity. If you got something there, I’m sure we’d all like to see it. Both of these guys are exactly what they claim to be, Conservative talk radio hosts.

I don’t know about that-

McCain sounded impressive in the Columbia Univ forum last week. And Palin is a direct reflection of McCain’s judgement of character. Plus his war record stirs the American sense of heroism.

Palin is starting to emphasize the line “you can spend your money better than the government can,”

It’s something that McCain/Palin should repeatedly hit The One with, especially in a discussion of his massive new entitlements and his precious socialized health care.

That line and “Drill baby drill!” are two winning lines.

Both are short, simple, and widely popular, and impossible for the Obama camp to counter without long drawn out nuanced Lib-double-talk.

I don’t trust them anymore than the MSM, because they are extremely partisan, and they too engage in fabrications and innuendo and smears; just happens that they do it to the other side and therefore are easier to agree with. As for not trusting an news source that is not partisan, good luck finding a news source you can trust. These days they are ALL partisan, to one degree or another, as is the nation itself.

It takes a lot of time and un-emotional consideration for me, and so far I’m just not that into her. My discomforts are magnified by the lack of long-term information as to just how she thinks and what she will likely do in any given case not related to abortion.
