You need to learn the difference between justice and vengeance. Justice requires that we treat people as human beings with rights, even when they’ve committed a criminal act.

The body language says much. The amount of time McCain spent with each of the first responders (handshakes longer with McCain than with Obama). The longer the more caring and shorter indicates a level of indifference.

The next body language I would be looking for is when each is offered a salute from a military person who actually returns it and the sincerity of it conveyed via the sharpness of the salute.

I am still sickened by the manner in which Obama did not show the appropriate respect at the playing of the national anthem (no placing the hand over the heart as required by law-showing proper respect for the flag).

I was there this morning. The place was packed. You couldn’t get anywhere near the WTC site.

I took lots of photos. Sadly, it was a troofer jamboree..

I’ve saw some footage where those nutjobs got in a argument with some NYC firefighters, it was two years ago, I think the guy that started the fight was the dude from Loose Change.

They were both there paying their respects to the victims and heroes of that day so my respect to both of them for putting politics aside for that. I wish everyone would be so gracious.... including the Boss.

Still, I have to feel sorry for the guy. He’s so wrong. Intellectually bankrupt. Morally weak. And administratively uncertain. When in private he stares around his empty room desperately asking himself about the course he has charted for his life, “What happened? How could it all go so wrong so quickly? Why don’t they love me like they know they should?” but never daring to ask himself, “Is it me? Am I the problem?”

But it’s so sad. Look at his hair. His hair has gone so gray in just twenty months of campaigning. (By comparison, it took John McCain five years in a tiger cage to go prematurely gray.) If one or two terms as President makes men go gray and he goes gray just by running for office, what will happen to him when he actually has to serve as President? He will blow a vessel I’m afraid.
