It seems like every other one of her articles has this phrase in it.

Feminists hate Palin for the same reason b*tchy untalented women hate me: they don’t have and can’t have the appeal that comes from living right, working hard and having earned respect. I think it was Margaret Thatcher that said “Once they start to attack me personally, that means that’s all they’ve got.”

My condolences.

Women come in all shapes, sizes, and political views, just like men. Some women will identify with Sarah Palin and some won’t. I don’t think it is productive just to hurl invective at women who do not like Sarah Palin. I think she’s awesome, I don’t think she is very qualified to be President, but I’m glad about the conversation she has started.

I always thought the first woman president would be a Republican, simply because conservative women rise or fall on their own merits and generally do not hide behind their gender when the going gets tough or ride the backs of their husbands to get to the top. Americans always prefer the person who has gotten there on his or her merit.

This from the Joan Smith article. It’s probably been posted already…sorry…but who exposed this “troubled” teenager to the public? Mrs Palin? Oh, hey, I had it all wrong. I thought it was the media that did that.

The left does not allow you to have a view that differs from their vision. To these “blue-state feminists” either you toe-the-line or you are not one of them. No dissent is allowed.

Americans that fall for this kind of divisionist politics are the worst type of lemmings. They cannot stand to be ostracized by those keepers of great wisdom. So they dutifully follow along. Because no dissent is allowed.

Meanwhile they completely miss the fact that they have sacrificed all sense of individualism and moral authority to their chosen leaders. After all, no dissent is allowed.

One of the reasons we love Sarah Palin is because she has told them she will dissent! She has told this ragtag bunch of 1960′s time-warp shrews that she is free and to hell with them!

After watching the response to Palin I am just not going to believe that most Americans are dumb enough to buy the garbage the left is feeding us. Americans are incredibly savvy about media image and a manufactured persona. No other populace is bombarded with the level of sophisticated propaganda that Americans are. We can smell a phoney a mile away and they know Palin is the real thing. That is why America lovers her.

The Left will go mental, I realize, but, in reality, it’s OH-KAY for men to find women physically, emotionally (and sexually) appealing (and vice-versa).

The Left just resorts to covert games and disqualifications and underhanded deviousness instead. Thus, the pantsuits, the need to have websites like “fightthesmears” that smears most of humanity while feigning victimization.

All of us have done “silly looking things” when we’re younger and particularly when you’re from more rural areas where “socieity” isn’t so ironclad and damaging to people being silly, especially when they’re younger.

I’m sure Palin’s learned a lot with age and experience. No one seems to have ever told John Kerry as much, however, the guy who routinely sticks his tongue out when speaking before the entire nation. And Obama, who makes those weird handmovements like popping his middle finger up aside his face when allegedly “listening.”

I agree that body language is telling (and I pay a lot of attention to body language) but in Palin’s case, that expression you described seems to have been mostly one limited to her younger years and was an expression of general “challenge” (otherwise called “naughtiness” in a cute way).

Agreed. With the far left Feinstein and Boxer from CA (throw in Brown for more angling), it’s difficult to accept that Hawaii is home to even more far Left perspective in Congress. But it is.

Okay, here’s another one:

What’d I just write (previous comments here)? There’s proof of what I was just writing about, as also my own experiences have proven out to be true and predictable (in other words, survive that sort of garbage long enough, you start to anticipate it and from exactly the same source over and over again).

Just because Conservatives are not writing about (author of that screed that you quoted), that she’s eating her neighbors children while cooking up pets in the microwave for special sauces, I mean, what ELSE can anyone come up with to denigrate a political opponent? The Left has no mind to lose, it’s desperate and, well, spitting.

Equating Sarah Palin and beliefs with “Hezbollah” is a desperate statement for a crazy person (female or not, still crazy) to even suggest.

I missed out having children though I always wanted them and through no fault or cause of my own. I ended up divorced but it was a case of survival and necessity, not a case of not wanting to protect, defend and continue being married. Sometimes life is something that’s lived day-to-day and you can’t see on one day what the next one’s going to require inorder to, in the most severe situations, continue breathing and keep your wits about you.

I’ve never found this whole “women’s liberation” mantra stuff appealing and the reason why is because I have rarely known so much as one female (or male Liberal otherwise) who was trustworthy when the chips were down, or, worse, who hasn’t or wouldn’t destroy another female especially when their own wants was rocked around a bit or there was some perception of that happening. I’ve known more than a few truly brutal persons in my life and they were all female and most of their brutality is in the realm of spreading lies and hateful gossip (is there any other kind) about their perceived rivals.

I know my story is not isolated, I’ve read many stories from other females who have had similar stories of survival among the “clawing kind” in all of our midst. What happens is these stories by these “liberated women” destory other human beings, gender aside. Their INTENT is destructive, in other words, so of course they’re not reliable on smaller issues and concerns — they’ll always be the person who fooled you well and you found out years later was responsible for inflicting great ruin on someone else’s character.

Liberals, especially females, don’t need “liberating,” they need maturity and character. I’ve never met so many indecent individuals as I have read from in the last few days as to Liberals (who are also females) who are ranting about Sarah Palin’s whatevers — meaning, they’re just striking out at anything their claws can click into or try to.

The pitiful stuff I’ve read about Sarah Palin — here’s a woman who’s lived a great life and continues to, enjoys a wonderful family and continues to, lives in a beautiful, genuinely good community and continues to, speaks her mind, is well mannered and outspoken, does a great job with responsibilities before her and appears to be someone who goes out and finds more responsibilities moreoftenthan not (mark of intelligence, courage, willingness, curiosity, all things good)…and she’s somehow NOT acceptable to Liberals?

All the Liberals ever seem to do is generate baseless, negative gossip (is there any other kind) and fret their lives away by insulting anyone who isn’t doing any of that. Sarah Palin is someone everyone can admire and should. That she mirrors my values and beliefs is just icing on the character cake.
