Manuever warfare, I like it. I prefer that too.

Just most of them. But one (indeed the only one I’ve encountered) has written a piece criticizing John McCain and arguing against his election to the presidency. He is Phillip Butler, who served this nation honorably and spent 8 years……

I plan on making a video which refutes certain distinctions of Obama’s military service.

I’ve had a hell of a time finding any of Obama’s old vet buddies, can someone point me in the right direction?

I know production budgets can be tight but the least they could’ve done was license a snappier library tune.

Also, I hope for Butler’s sake that Obama doesn’t experience any post-drug-use acid flashbacks or poor Phillip’s gonna be spending is twilight years in a nuclear winter.

I was with the Mobile Riverine Force, in the Mekong Delta. Those Huey guys gave us close support, Medivac, etc.. They were remarkable, extremely brave men. You should be very, very proud!

Military people, like civilians are allowed to disagree with one another on various topics….including politics.

Just walk into any Navy EM club on a Saturday night and you’re bound to observe a few Squids and Jarheads disagreeing with one another.

I think Barry would feel extremely out of place in combat. Not just because he considers soldiers and marines murderers or because he wants to see the U.S. lose every engagement, but mostly because he’d have to be around all of us typical white people that would be clinging to guns and religion.

Pretty much sums it up.

I can’t see this effort being successful in countering the effect of Palin putting the media on the defensive and giving the Dems a really good scare.

So far, the RNC hasn’t hit very hard at the “running against Bush” theme. I would like to see McCain put out a challenge to Obama:

“Senator Obama, you have twice reiterated your willingness for a debate but, despite many invitations, have declined to participate in one. I have grown to accept that you are not willing to debate issues, so here is a different challenge: How about you run against MY policies and not those of the man who will be my predecessor.”
