I am in favor of the first amendment as written. The Supreme Court has chosen to expand it well beyond the eighteenth century meaning. It would not surprise me in the least if courts side with powerpro.

For anyone thinking about going to the Rocky Mountain News website directly to complain, a little warning, folks. When I went to the Rocky Mountain News website, twice, both times a series of trojan horse viruses were caught by my AVG antivirus software trying to infect my p.c. There was a pop-up that began auto (re)loading, despite my furiously hitting the 'cancel' button, claiming that it was an MS Office 2000 update.

Exactly what response do you think the American people would have had to reports on the news that a bunch of anarchists had attacked Republican Convention attendees with rocks, Knives, bows and arrows, and urine!

You think the American people are going to say: “Gee, those Republicans are evil, good for those anarchists, lets all rise up and overthrow the government now!”

ppppbbbttt- This is the best thing that could have happened for their cause. Now they get to posture as “oppressed by the man” for their progressive beliefs, all without any of the repulsion that would be cause by the results of their planned actions.
